The episode highlights a more personal side of Ron Trosper beyond his obsession with Tecca and office mishaps. His daughter, Natalie, is getting married to a woman named Tara, and everyone was excited about it until the couple decided to make certain changes to the venue.

Natalie and Tara wanted to switch to a new place called Erebu, but Tara's parents had a problem with it. Since Ron wanted to see his daughter happy, he invited Tara's parents to his house for a game night to convince them to agree to the new venue.
