HGTV premiered Sin City Rehab on September 17, 2025. The design and renovation reality show features Alison Victoria returning to Las Vegas.
Before the show's premiere, Alison appeared in an interview with TV Insider on September 16, 2025. She talked about the show, what to expect, what kind of projects and designs viewers will be witnessing, and more.
While sharing more about the projects and the designs, and what stood out for the show's current season, Alison mentioned that the projects had "so much" of her in them. She discussed her team, the associated risks, and the "more glamour" in a "very sophisticated" manner.
"I'm able to take risks out west that I can't do in the Midwest. It was a little safe out there. Chicago was beautiful and wonderful and historic, but out here it's dreamy. I watched my design dreams come true out here," added Alison.

In her interview, Sin City Rehab star Alison Victoria talked about the projects that she had been working on for the show. Before that, she was in Chicago. She also discussed the limitations she faced in terms of designs and her projects.
"The greatest part, especially with people that know me and my team, is all these projects you see so much of me in them. You also see so much risk and more glamour and a little glitz, but in a very sophisticated way," said Alison.
When asked about her move to LA and starting a new chapter of her life, Sin City Rehab star said that Vegas had been her home since she moved there at the age of 19. After attending college, she started her design firm. It was the place where she got her first "big jobs."
Alison also mentioned that it was a place of "happiness" for her. As for Chicago, she said:
"When I’m in Chicago, I would only be able to come back a couple of times a year. Those times were just the happiest times. For me, it was a sense of trying to get back out West."
She mentioned that, being based in Chicago, it was very difficult for her to manage everything. Alison knew that it was not going to be "easy." She wasn't going to be able to get jobs just because she was on "television."
Alison said that she had been designing since she was a little girl, and that's all she had ever wanted to do.
Coming on to the things for which LA "stood out," Alison said the landscapes have changed "drastically." She wanted to get back into "flipping houses." Hence, the show will be covering that as well.
