Tommy Norris is back in Landman Season 2, but things have changed drastically for him. He's no longer just a crisis manager at M-Tex, as Monty has died, and Tommy has to take control of the company.
However, Cami has been making things hard for Tommy as she believes that she can run M-Tex after her husband's death. At the same time, Tommy is now facing a new challenge related to his son, Cooper.
He secretly dug out a few oil wells, and now they have been found to be related to a shady business. The story will continue in the upcoming episode 3 of Landman Season 2, on November 30 (Sunday) on Paramount+.
The series has been following the Sunday release schedule since the beginning and will continue till January 2026. The first episode came out on November 16, and Paramount has also released on second episode on the platform.

Landman Season 2 episode 3: Everything to know
The third episode of Landman Season 2 carries the title “Almost a Home”, and it’s set to drop on Sunday, November 30, 2025. Paramount+ has already locked in this title across its schedules, so viewers can expect this name to appear officially when the episode arrives.
This installment continues the weekly Sunday rollout that began with the season’s debut on November 16. New episodes of the season consistently go live at 3:00 a.m. ET / 12:00 a.m. PT every Sunday, and Episode 3 follows the same pattern.
The series is only available on Paramount+, where viewers can choose between the ad-supported plan at $7.99 per month or the ad-free version at $12.99 per month, with both of them offering a seven-day free trial before purchasing the plan.
Paramount+ can also be added directly through Amazon Prime Video, with the same pricing and free-trial perks. The show doesn’t stream on Netflix or Hulu by itself, though Hulu subscribers can add the Paramount+ with Showtime bundle for playing extra fee.

What happened in Landman Season 2 episode 2: A quick recap
Episode 2 of Landman Season 2 features Tommy and Cooper, both dealing with their own issues. The episode kicks off with Cooper and his crew drilling for oil, and when they did, all six wells had oil.
For most people, this would be a huge achievement. But for Cooper, this is a sign that more dangers might be coming on his way. He even panics and shares this with Ariana after returning home, drenched in oil.
Ariana also gets worried about him as she also knows that early success doesn't last long and it can once again give her the trauma she suffered when her husband died.
She finally tells Cooper to move out and that she cannot live with him. Though Ariana has true feelings for him, she does not want to experience heartache again. Meanwhile, Tommy is overwhelmed by business and family issues on his way to his mother’s funeral.
He learns the Barlow Brothers went bankrupt and might have land worth buying. Then Cami becomes the target of a lawsuit after $420 million in insurance money goes missing. Later, Tommy also discovers that Cooper has fallen into a scam in the oil business and it's not easy to get away with it now.
These wells are funded by the Sonrisa company, and Nathan discovers that the funding behind Sonrisa traces back to Gallino. He's the same cartel leader who once saved Tommy and hinted at future business.
Tommy understands immediately: Gallino is using Cooper’s mistake to trap him. No, Tommy has more problems to face and no clear way out in Landman Season 2.
What to expect from Landman Season 2 episode 3?
Episode 3 of Landman Season 2 will feature Tommy questioning Cami about the missing money. Since she has been claiming to be clever enough to run M-Tex, Tommy is expecting her to solve this issue.
At the same time, Cooper’s recent achievements start drawing attention he may not want. Now that Tommy knows that he has fallen into a trap, he must craft a plan that keeps Cooper safe and takes him out of this fraud.
