TLC released 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 Episode 10 on September 7, 2025. The latest episode featured Brandon and Julia going to Miami with both their parents.
They were there to exchange vows the second time in the presence of Julia's parents. However, while she was planning to have a beach ceremony, Brandon's mom shared her thoughts on it. It didn't sit well with Julia. She wanted to plan everything by herself.
Seeing her mother-in-law trying to get involved in the wedding planning, 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Julia confessed to the cameras:
"Betty dictate my first wedding from beginning to the end. And now, she's trying to do this again, but it's not gonna be happen. This wedding ceremony is for my parents gonna be beautiful view and beautiful beach and water. And hopefully, weather will be on our side. So, if Betty will be there, she needs to leave me alone and shut up."
90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? Season 9 Episode 10: Julia gets frustrated with Brandon's mom while planning her wedding
The latest 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? episode saw Brandon, Julia, and her parents traveling to Miami. Brandon's parents also joined them for the same.
While leaving for their trip, Julia confessed to the cameras about the second wedding ceremony:
"Today we're going to Miami for our second wedding ceremony. And tomorrow, our plan for wedding ceremony is gonna be on a beach, just sunset. Something simple and cute. And it's gonna be our good memories and good energy."
Listening to Julia, Brandon said it was she who planned everything. Hence, he was going to follow everything she told him to. She talked about how important the second ceremony was for her. It was because her parents couldn't attend the first ceremony due to COVID-19 restrictions.
While in Miami, Brandon's dad asked what the plan was for the next day, for the wedding. 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? star Julia responded that they would have a beautiful ceremony on the beach.
"I hope this weather will be okay, but now with all these clouds...." said Julia.
Brandon's mom, Betty, said that she was worried about the weather because it might rain. She also asked Julia about a backup plan. However, Julia told her not to make her "stressed." Listening to the two, Brandon's father also asked what her plan was if it were to rain.
"We hope it's not gonna be rain today and tomorrow," responded Julia.
Brandon joked that their plan was "hope." Julia got annoyed and told him that if he was going to complain, he should start "doing everything." Betty mentioned that if it were up to her, she would choose a venue with a "shelter" and decorate it accordingly.
Julia said she could, if it were her wedding planning. She added that she already planned what she wanted to do. Brandon told his mom that she should let Julia have her moment and let her plan whatever she wanted to.
In her private confession, Julia recalled that Betty "dictated" their first wedding from start to end. She said that she was "trying to" do the same, again.
However, this time, she was not going to let that happen. Julia hoped that the weather would be on their side and that Betty needed to leave her alone.
