LEGO Masters Jr. Episode 2 recap: Stunt vehicle builds, ice cream twist, and tough goodbyes 

The pressure reached a breaking point in LEGO Masters Jr. Episode 2 with the action-packed 'Celebrity Stunt Doubles' challenge. For five hours, each of the five young teams with skill had to construct a stunt vehicle and a miniature LEGO version of their famous partner, which was similar to a stunt double. Upon completion, the structures were tested in a classic action-movie moment by being thrown over a ramp.

More than just bricks and speed, this episode was a flurry of tension, ingenuity, and emotion. Thanks to host Kelly Osbourne, the children also had a surprise mid-challenge ice cream break. In many ways, the surprise treat increased stickiness and vitality. After the dust settled, one team fell, two teams rose, and one had to bid farewell. The wait was long in the bottom two.

In the end, Max, Zoe, and Porsha were sent home, but as a token of appreciation and consolation, they were each given 10,000 LEGO bricks. As the remaining teams embraced and realized that everyone is a champion in LEGO Masters Jr., emotions were running high.

All teams were victorious, except the eliminated trio, who received an extra 10,000 LEGO bricks, even though one team was sent home.

Stunt double builds push creativity to the limit

Each team needed a vehicle and a miniature representation of their famous teammate to participate in the stunt double challenge. They worked quickly and creatively. When the allotted time was up, their LEGO creations were put to the test in a spectacular ramp launch. While some models had spectacular tumbles, others flew with ease. It was impressive how ambitious they were.

Ultimately, judges Boone Langston and Amy Corbett commended the inventiveness and precision engineering. Ajay, Zak, Alison and Stella, Chelle, and Jordin were the two teams that caught our attention. The assessors were impressed by their projects' combination of character elements and solidity.

Ice cream interruption & farewell moment

Kelly Osbourne's ice cream break, a delightful surprise that caused pandemonium and laughter in the workroom, arrived just as the construction was starting.

However, the episode came to a poignant conclusion. The bottom two teams were announced following the judgment. Andy, Will, and Crosby just missed being eliminated. Unfortunately, Max, Zoe, and Porsha were sent home first. Despite this, the show gave them each 10,000 LEGO bricks and gave them lots of hugs.

LEGO Masters Jr.'s second episode was a creative, entertaining, and emotional roller coaster. The show struck a balance between spectacle and soul, with everything from heartfelt farewells to daring stunt builds and unexpected ice cream madness.
