"Let's get back to it": Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host reconsiders helping Larry's "legacy" at Callahan's

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Season 1 Episode 8 aired on July 16, 2025. Before that, viewers witnessed the show host walking out of Callahan's.

The family-run Callahan's Seafood Bar & Grill lacked leadership, for which Gordon was there to help. Before that, he went undercover and assessed the flaws in the restaurant. Gordon found out about "shocking" issues in their kitchen.

After witnessing them arguing and not taking things seriously, Gordon decided to leave. However, while he was heading back, he received texts from the insider.

One of the texts read:

"We want to make the family proud."

Reading that, Gordon confessed to the cameras:

"Man. Okay. Let's head back to the restaurant. I mean, it's obvious girls are hurting, but I'm going back for him. Larry. This guy had no intentions of letting his daughters drain this legacy away. Alright, let's get back to it."

Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Season 1 Episode 8: Host returns to help the sisters at Callahan's

As seen on Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service Season 1 Episode 7, Gordon was not happy with how the restaurant was managed. While confronting the staff and owner, Gordon Ramsay said:

"This is a business that needs to be run with drive, respect, and, about all else, standards."

Seeing how things were running there, Gordon shared his concerns and inability to help them.

"I don't even know if I can help you because I'm not sure if you want change. I'm out of it and I'm so done," he said.

With that, Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host left the restaurant. While leaving with disappointment, he said he could fix a restaurant, even a menu. However, he didn't think that the family was able to put aside their egos.

After he walked out, everyone at the restaurant got into arguments. Co-owner Anika confessed to the cameras about how they all "really needed him."

Anika's sister, Brittany, who was co-owner, asked everyone if they were 100% committed. Everyone agreed. Their sister Erin also mentioned how they all needed to talk first. While on his way back, Gordon received texts from the insider. The texts mentioned how they "really wanted" Gordon there.

"I would be grateful for your help! If you could reconsider, we would love that you help us please!" read one of the texts.

The texts also mentioned that the staff members were committed. When Gordon read how they wanted to make their family proud, he changed his mind.

He then headed back with the thought of helping the girls. He noted that he was going back for their father, Larry, and his legacy. While the sisters and the staff were talking about how Gordon might not come back, he arrived.

Upon his arrival, he told everyone that he was already on his way to the next restaurant. However, after receiving texts from the insider, he came back.

"I'm not f*cking around, guys. I take this stuff incredibly serious," said Gordon.

He mentioned how emotional it was, "running high," but it was a business. He also noted how there was "so much toxicity" there. Gordon Ramsay's Secret Service host told them that he couldn't help them if they were not prepared to help themselves.
