Love Is Blind UK Season 2 Episode 3 Recap: While some of the singles face a dilemma, one of them feels doubts from their "spleen"

Love Is Blind UK Season 2 Episode 3 was released on August 13, 2025. The episode, titled, 'Trust My Spleen,' featured more blind dates and a few proposals.

The third episode started with Kal nd Sarover's first meeting, which they both enjoyed. There were more blind dates between Jed-Bardha, Aanu-Patrick, Katisha-Javen, Katisha-Demola, and more. Things got intense for a moment when Sophie decided to leave the experiment. Later on, Kieran proposed to Megan, which she accepted.

Episode 3 ended with unexpected things unraveling between Aanu and Patrick. Netflix describes the third episode of Love Is Blind UK Season 2 as:

Love Is Blind UK Season 2 Episode 3 started with Sophie and Megan's conversation. Sophie expressed that Kieran was not transparent, and she felt disrespected. Learning about his connection with Sophie surprised Megan.

Jed and Bardha had a date. Sharing mutual feelings for each other, they talked about their families. Bardha confessed to feeling butterflies whenever she spoke to him.

Further, the episode featured Sarover and Kal's first meeting. Aanu and Patrick had another date. After chatting about society, people-pleasing, and other things, she felt confused. She confessed to being unsure about being in alignment with Patrick. He felt his spleen had gone silent.

Demola couldn't sleep with Katisha on his mind. The two had a few dates. He sent Katisha flowers and also wrote a few lines for her. She confessed:

"Demola is very kind, and generous, and genuine."

At the women's lounge, Love Is Blind UK star Katisha talked to Bardha and opened up about how she felt. Katisha confessed:

"I've never recognized me being put first."

During Sophie and Kieran's date, she confronted him about sending a gift to Megan. He responded that it was a social experiment. So, he was exploring his connections. He apologized to Sophie. However, she ended her connection with Kieran. After leaving the pod, she decided to leave the experiment.

"Going forward, I am not as scared to give my heart to someone now, and I think that's a beautiful lesson to take from this," confessed Sophie.

The next date on Love Is Blind UK Episode 3 was between Aanu and Patrick. He shared he had a "splenic intuitive hit." They had a "spa" date where he sent sushi to Aanu's pod along with a few spa-related things. However, he felt the connection was gone and that she was holding back.

Katisha wasn't sure about her connection with Javen. So, she went on a blind date with him. She was still undecided after their date. Megan wanted to know about how things ended between Sophie and Kieran. They talked about the gift he had given to Megan. He said it was the risk he wanted to take. They talked about how they felt about each other.

Bardha and Jed had more dates. They talked about baby names and explored their emotional connection further. On one of their dates, she sent him Lebanese food and a word game. Jed shared:

"However you're feeling, I'm feeling the same, if not more. I am completely falling for you."

During Demola and Katisha's next date, he set up a "cute date" for her. He confessed that he could see his future with her. She made up her mind. Returning to the women's lounge, she revealed that Demola was her man.

Her next date was with Javen. He sent her flowers and a drink. She mentioned her other connection was stronger. However, they didn't end their date. After Javen read his notes about her, she felt "disconnected" from the decision she had made earlier. She confessed:

"I came into the date thinking I was gonna end things with Javen, and then I find myself staying and not wanting to leave."

The next date on Love Is Blind UK episode was between Megan and Kieran. She wrote a poem for him. After she read it, Kieran proposed to her. It made her emotional, and she accepted the proposal.

For their next date, Aanu wrote a song for Patrick. However, when she asked him, before singing, he was unsure of it. Patrick shared his doubts and told her that he had to follow his "spleen."
