Love Is Blind UK Season 2 Episode 4 Recap: Engaged couples advance to the experiment's next phase to explore their physical chemistry

Netflix aired Love Is Blind UK Season 2 Episode 4 on August 13, 2025. The fourth episode saw a few first meetings among the engaged couples. There was some tension after Patrick ended things with Aanu, and Katisha ended her connection with Demola.

Engaged couples advanced to the next phase, where they were sent to explore their physical connection. In addition to spending more time with their fiancé/fiancée, couples also saw fellow engaged participants.

Netflix describes the fourth episode of Love Is Blind UK Season 2 as:

"Hearts are broken and jaws are dropped as dramatic decisions are made. Five newly engaged couples jet off to Cyprus and spend their first night together."

The fourth episode of Love Is Blind UK Season 2, titled, She Changed Her Mind Overnight, saw Patrick breaking things up with Aanu. He confessed to the cameras that his "spleen" didn't tell him about Aanu being the one for him.

Bardha and Jed had a date where he proposed to her. He confessed to having his head, heart, and gut all telling him the same thing.

"If I could, of course, I would ask for your parents' and your brother's blessings. However, for now, I'm getting down on one knee," said Jed.

Jed proposed to Bardha, which she accepted. Fellow cast members celebrated their engagement when they returned to their respective lounges.

Further in the episode, viewers witnessed Kieran and Megan's first meeting. He shared that he didn't get on one knee in the pods because he only wanted to do that once. Kieran proposed to her and gave her the ring. She accepted the proposal, and both enjoyed their first meeting.

While Demola had written a proposal for Katisha, she ended things with him before he could read it. Demola told her that it was a "shock," which she also agreed with.

"I was ready to pour my heart out to you today and get down on one knee," he said.

However, Love Is Blind UK star Katisha felt that the romantic connection wasn't "always" there. As he returned to the men's lounge, everyone was expecting a celebration. But that was not the case.

"No, I'm not lying. She changed her mind overnight. It's all mad," shared Demola.

Later, Katisha had a date with Javen, where she expressed her feelings. After that, he proposed to her.

Up next was Bardha and Jed's first meeting. The two had another proposal and shared some time together talking about their future together. Further in the episode, there was one more first meeting. It was between Katisha and Javen.

Show hosts Emma and Matt Willis shared that five couples got engaged through the blind dates phase. They were:

1. Megan and Kieran,
2. Sarover and Kal,
3. Ashleigh and Billy,
4. Bardha and Jed,
5. Katisha and Javen.

Engaged couples were sent to spend more one-on-one time together and get to know their partner.

"And after seeing each other for the very first time...they got the opportunity to fly here. To Cyprus, the island of love," said Emma Willis.

This phase of the experiment was to see if engaged couples could develop a physical connection. Before meeting fellow engaged couples, each of the couples spent some time by themselves.

Later, there was a pool party, where all five engaged couples met each other for the first time. They all spent time in the pool, having drinks, and talking to fellow participants about their time.

Later, Kal pulled Katisha for a chat. He wanted to know why she chose Javen and not Demola. She shared that her connection with Javen was "stronger." However, Kal mentioned that Demola didn't do anything wrong "at all."
