Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 Episode 6: What happened when Katisha and Demola met for the first time?

Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 Episode 6 aired on August 20, 2025. The sixth episode of the Netflix show titled, Good Guys Finish Last, featured a conversation between Katisha and Demola.

While in the pods phase, Katisha had two strong connections, Demola and Javen. After confusion and lots of blind dates, she chose to move forward with Javen.

Seeing how some of the fellow cast members had reservations about Katisha's decision, she and Javen talked about it multiple times. The two then discussed whether Katisha should speak with Demola directly. Hence, she went to see him and discussed what had happened, that she chose Javen, and not him.

Love Is Blind: UK Season 2 Episode 6: Katisha and Demola's first face-to-face meeting

Katisha and her fiancé, Javen, talked about having a conversation with Demola to "clear the air." After that, she went to see Demola, with whom she also had a strong connection during the pods phase.

Katisha and Demola hadn't met each other before this, as the pods phase had a wall between them. After seeing her, Love Is Blind: UK star Demola said he was "just trying" to get it all in.

He told Katisha that he was a "little bit" surprised when she asked to meet her. Fans must remember how Katisha had two stronger connections, Demola and Javen. After telling the former that he should "not worry" as she was going to move forward with him, she chose Javen.

"I wanted to kind of make sure that you were okay," said Katisha.

Demola responded that when it happened, it was a surprise for him. He recalled their last blind date and mentioned he thought that was the "moment."

"This is kind of who I saw as potentially being my future wife. I wrote a proposal and all that. And just the opposite. It was a big shock at the time. I just felt a little bit blindsided when it happened," he said.

Listening to him, Katisha said she was also blindsided by her own decision. She mentioned that he and Javen both talked to the "different" sides of herself. Love Is Blind: UK star recalled feeling a "bit stuck."

She shared about her last date with Javen and felt "kind of like a 360, 180." As Demola asked if she had seen a future with him, before making her choice, she said yes.

She added that it was the reason why the decision was "so hard" for her.

"Because it felt like you were at a really good spot, but I wasn't quite there. Ultimately, I just...I just felt like with Javen, the connection was just stronger with him," she said.

He asked Katisha if she was "happy" with how the overall experiment was moving forward. She noted that she was happy and that it had been "challenging."

Demola said that as long as she was happy, he was also happy. He told her that with her moving forward, he would be one of her "cheerleaders." Love Is Blind: UK star Katisha caught on to his words about him being happy, if she was happy. She confessed to the cameras that he was "amazing" to hear him say that.

She also talked about how she felt about building a relationship if people were still talking about their past.
