Mayor of Kingstown Season 4: A Cast and Character Guide for the Paramount+ thriller
The Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon crime thriller is set to return with a new season tomorrow. The real-life dynamics of the town depicted in the show are set to be taken up a notch with the introduction of several new characters.
Let's take a look at the returning series regulars and some of the new ones that are set to take over Mayor of Kingstown Season 4.
Jeremy Renner as Mike McLusty

The Marvel 'Hawkeye' actor is set to reprise his role on the fourth installment of the show, but this time the stakes for his character are higher than ever. The third season ending left him facing innumerable personal losses, with his mother dead, her funeral bombed, Iris dead, and his younger brother imprisoned. The season left him questioning his morality and every decision and action he had undertaken leading up to this deadly conclusion.
However, his troubles are far from over in the next season as he will have to face the consequences of the third season while trying to protect his brother, a cop who is imprisoned.
Edie Falco as Nina Hobbs

Protecting his younger brother Kyle in prison is not going to be so easy for Mike, mainly due to the addition of Edie Falco's Nina Hobbs. Nina Hobbs is the newly hired warden at the Anchor Bay Prison, and she is the biggest thorn in Mike's side. A no-nonsense, headstrong character who offers no free passes, not even to the mayor of Kingstown, is the best way to describe Nina's character.
Nina Hobbs will be a real danger to Mike and his attempts to protect his brother from outside the prison. The power dynamics between the two are set to be an important aspect of the fourth season.
Lennie James as Frank Moses

After Mike dismantled the Russians' presence in Kingstown after killing Milo in the third season, Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 will find a vacuum left behind, and several new players will be attracted to Kingstown to fill it up. One of these new additions is Lennie James' Frank Moses, the 'King of Detroit.'
James' character is based on a real-life gangster who was never caught. The official trailer for the fourth season finds him leading a part of the newly established gang system after the Russians' exit.
Additionally, Tobi Bamtefa is set to return as Bunny, along with Hugh Dillon as Lt. Ian Ferguson. Taylor Handley is also set to return as Kyle McLusky (Mike's brother). Finally, Laura Benanti is set to join as Cindy Stephens, a newly hired correctional officer at the prison.
Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 trailer has fans more excited than ever for the season's premiere.
