My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 premiered on August 28, 2025, and shot to the top of the streaming charts in the debut weekend. With almost 11.8 million views and 88 hours of viewership, it made it to the annex of the Top 10 most-watched shows in the last week of August 2025. The political thriller Hostage ranks second, while Wednesday Season 2 Part 1 holds the third position among the most-viewed shows of the week. Additionally, My Life With The Walter Boys Season 1 has also made it to the charts with approximately 2M views.

Overall, the Netflix movies, KPop Demon Hunters, and The Thursday Murder Club are leading the chart with 30.1M and 24.7M views, respectively. However, it wouldn't be fair to compare a 3-hour runtime against a long stretch of a full season. Clearly, bingeing on a series requires more time.

My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 features the chaotic love triangle between Alex, Jackie, and Cole, quite similar to Prime Video's The Summer I Turned Pretty. In Season 1, we saw how Jackie left Colorado after she kissed Cole in the Walters' family barn. She realized that she wasn't being fair to Alex and that her complicated relationship might affect her bond with the Walter family. So she did the next right thing. Confront her feelings? Nope. She decided to leave for New York, leaving the Walter brothers confused and heartbroken.

However, in Season 2, she returned to Colorado, and this time things were bound to get complicated. By the end of My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2, she finally confessed her love for Cole, but guess what, Alex overheard the conversation. The season ended on a cliffhanger with Alex's 'So you love Cole?' and a family medical emergency that interrupted the confrontation.
