NCIS: Tony & Ziva wrapped up its premiere season with a thrilling finale, one that keeps you hooked till the end. Previously, in the penultimate episode, we saw how Tony survived the blast, but Tali was kidnapped by Jonah's men at the airport.
The finale episode of NCIS: Tony & Ziva opens with Sophie panicking yet assuring Ziva and Tony that she will find Tali no matter what. They calm her down as she apologizes for her mistake. Meanwhile, Boris and Claudette use the CCTV footage to track down where they might have taken Tali. Soon, Jonah Markham calls and threatens Ziva and Tony:
"I want you both at the Graves compound. If I see any of your associates anywhere near you or your daughter, things will get very, very bad for her. My guards aren't very good children."
Elsewhere, Martine joins the search team and confesses that she killed Aaron Graves. She says:
"I will help you rescue her, if you'll help me destroy Jonah."
It was quite clear from the penultimate episode that Martine, who was betrayed by Jonah, was ready to bring him down by any means.

NCIS: Tony & Ziva Episode 10: Jonah Markham threatens Tony and Ziva and orders them to meet at the Graves compound
Martine proves to be a helpful source; she informs them that Graves had black site prisons all over the island, and Tali is definitely in one of those. However, it will take time to figure out in which cell she could be. Meanwhile, Boris and Claudette track down the kidnapper's car and narrow it down to a location near the lighthouse.
Tony and Ziva don't trust Martine yet. She reveals that it was Ziva who helped her see through Jonah's real motives. She explained how she killed Graves to slow Jonah down. How? Jonah wants access to Graves' server room, which connects all Reigning Fire weapons systems, and 9.4 was made to control the system, but Lazar realized it could be exploited as well (exactly what Jonah was planning to do).
Ziva asks Martine and Sophie to go to the lighthouse to rescue Tali. Meanwhile, Ziva and Tony head to Graves' compound. Their plan looks good, but it will be a success only if they can execute it properly.
When Tony and Ziva reach the compound, Jonah welcomes them. He shows them a list of crimes that they must confess to to save their daughter, Tali. However's Tony notices something weird about Graves' compound that which did not have a single CCTV.
NCIS: Tony & Ziva Episode 10: Boris, Claudette, Sophie, and Martine's mission to save Tali
Meanwhile, Martine asks Boris to connect to Lazar to know more about the flaw that he found in 9.4. Boris's hilarious phone call with Lazar is a light moment in the otherwise intense finale. Lazar helps them understand how they could use 9.4 against Graves. Elsewhere, Martine and Sophie find out that Tali has been kept in a lighthouse. Martine fools the guard, kills him, and shuts down the cameras. Sophie enters the lighthouse and takes down another guard. Finally, Sophie rescues Tali.
As soon as Tony and Ziva receive the signal that Tali is safe, they get on with their plan. Tony and Ziva escape through the tunnels. Jonah's men inform him that Tali was rescued, and with the little description he gave, it was easy for Jonah to figure out that it was Martine.
Tony and Ziva use banana leaves to cover the cameras. Elsewhere, the attacking drones track Martine down and launch an attack on them. However, Boris escapes with Tali. And Tali, being Tony and Ziva's daughter, is adamant about saving her parents, and she heads to the Compound.
NCIS: Tony & Ziva Episode 10: Tony and Ziva figure out the code for Graves' server room
Tony and Ziva argue as Ziva tells that she needs to kill Jonah. However, Tony does not agree to her plan; he tells her that the 9.4 would kill her. But Ziva points out that Jonah could never get access to the server room since he's not smart enough to guess the code. Amidst their argument, they finally notice a pattern in Graves' compound, and yes, that's the code to the server room.
Tony and Ziva now strategically want to trap Jonah, and they tell him that they have a code for the server room. Tony opens the server room; it is a tense sequence, but it also shows how they can do wonders together.
As soon as Jonah connects the 9.4 to the Reigning Fire drones, the drones make him a target. How? Boris used the flaw/bug in 9.4 to reprogram it, and now the drones have one target, and that's Jonah Markham.
On the other hand, Boris asks Tali to hide in a yellow truck. Unfortunately, Jonah escapes the server room and gets on the yellow truck. Yes, the one where Tali was hiding. It is not long before Ziva and her team realize that Tali's in Jonah's car. Tony and Ziva rush to save Tali. Tony heroically rescues Tali, but as Reuben pulls out the 9.4, Jonah gets saved. Tali kicks Jonah, and Martine takes him away.

NCIS: Tony & Ziva finale ends with Tali meeting a therapist. Lazar reunites with his son. Martine gets a phone call from a prison, where she is informed that Jonah Markham is dead. The prison official tells her that initial reports suggest that it was a suicide, but the security cameras were not working at that time.
What is even more gritty is that Martine knowing the fact that Jonah used a bedsheet to hang himself. Coincidence or did she have something to do with it? Back at the Salus Mondiale Security Service office, we find out that Claudette and Sophie are moving in together. Boris was heartbroken after Fruszi scammed him and went away with all his money. Tony offers him a job position at Salus Mondiale, and he hugs him tightly.
Tony and Ziva inform Tali that they would like to start dating again. In a heartfelt closing moment, Ziva gifts him a picture of Henry and Tali, as Tony tears up and they kiss. We also get a montage of all the Tiva moments!
