AMC is turning up the Halloween chills with the announcement that Talamasca, the third entry in Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, arrives on Sunday, October 26, on AMC and AMC+. This new series expands the supernatural world alongside beloved sibling shows Interview With the Vampire and Mayfair Witches, and promises a deeper dive into a covert, centuries‑old society.

A fan‑thrilling surprise: Eric Bogosian returns as Daniel Molloy, the journalist‑turned‑vampire introduced in Interview With the Vampire. His appearance, confirmed live at San Diego Comic‑Con 2025, marks the first major crossover between the two series.

Talamasca is not adapted from one specific novel but is built on the mysterious Talamasca organization introduced across Anne Rice’s literary works. The show will spotlight this elusive order, which has been glimpsed in earlier installments but now takes center stage.

The series is brought to life by co-showrunners and executive producers John Lee Hancock and Mark Lafferty. With Hancock also stepping in as director, the show sets the stage for a dark, eerie journey filled with supernatural twists and deep character-driven storytelling.
