"Not a fun time for me": Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge gets emotional while opening up to Heather

The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 Episode 3 aired on July 24, 2025. The latest episode of the reality show titled, Knee Deep in Lies, saw a conversation between Tamra Judge and Heather Dubrow.

Heather met Tamra to check on her, and they they were soon chatting about her upcoming birthday party. She wanted Tamra to attend with her husband, but she refused. Heather said if her signifcant other was not able to attend, she could also bring a friend.

During the conversation, when Heather mentioned that Tamra seemed "calm," the Real Housewives of Orange County star responded:

"A lot has been going on. Just this whole past six months... is just been... not a fun time for me. Between deep diving into therapy and Teddy and stuff and... I go down this rabbit hole every night where I just go on her Instagram, and I just look at all of her videos."

Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 Episode 3: Tamra opens up to Heather about her mental health, therapy, and her daughter

One of the meetings featured on Episode 3 of Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 was between Tamra and Heather. While sharing how things have been with her, Tamra revealed many things.

She noted that the past six months have been "not a fun time" for her. Tamra mentioned that every night, she goes through social media platforms and watches the videos of her daughter.

"There's so many videos of us together and the things we've done for the past three or four years, and I don't know what's gonna happen," added Tamra Judge.

While reflecting on her relationship with her eldest daughter, Sydney, Tamra got emotional. She admitted that there was a "struggle." Further in their conversation, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra mentioned she had been sharing a lot in the therapy as well.

Recalling how she has been "digging up" incidents from her childhood, she added:

"I just feel like my life in the past six months has just been such a downer, between digging up everything from childhood to what has gone on with Sydney and all that stuff. I feel like I'm crying all the time, and I'm like, I'm sick of it."

Listening to her, Heather said that she was "proud" of Tamra for working on herself. In her private confessional, Heather admitted that she had never seen Tamra go through such "emotionality." She also noted how she was making improvements and was "really trying."

Later, the two discussed Heather's birthday party, which Tamra didn't want to attend. She also pointed out that her attorney had advised her not to attend the party.
