Premiering in 2017, Jason Bateman's Ozark ran for four seasons till 2022. The official synopsis of the show, as per Rotten Tomatoes, mentions:
“Created by Bill Dubuque ("The Accountant," "The Judge"), this drama series stars Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde, a financial planner who relocates his family from Chicago to a summer resort community in the Ozarks.”
The synopsis further adds:
“With wife Wendy and their two kids in tow, Marty is on the move after a money-laundering scheme goes wrong, forcing him to pay off a substantial debt to a Mexican drug lord in order to keep his family safe. While the Byrdes' fate hangs in the balance, the dire circumstances force the fractured family to reconnect.”
With an intense plotline like this, it was only natural that the Ozark cast saw a considerable amount of elimination as a number of character arcs ended in grim deaths. However, the final season of Ozark saw the return of the core cast members along with a few supporting ones who made it till the end.

Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde
Jason Bateman reprised his role of the protagonist Marty Byrde in the final installment of the show. A financial advisor in Chicago, Marty’s life turned upside down when a deal with the cartel went wrong. To keep his family safe and launder money for the cartel boss, he had to leave his life and build it anew at Ozark.
Bateman has been previously seen in projects like Arrested Development, Horrible Bosses, The Outsider etc.
Skylar Gaertner as Jonah Byrde
Marty and Wendy’s son, Jonah Byrde is played by Skylar Gaertner. He struggles with the fact that his parents uprooted their lives and brought them to a place they are so unfamiliar with. Jonah is shown to be an intelligent boy, and though he tries his best to understand the criminal activities of his family, his mother's sanctioning of the death of his uncle Ben does not sit right with him.
Skylar Gaertner has previously been part of projects like Daredevil, I Smile Back, The Ticket etc.
Laura Linney as Wendy Byrde
Marty’s wife, Wendy Byrde is played by Laura Linney. Over the course of the four seasons, Wendy holds a key part in the criminal empire of her family in Ozark. Her decision to send Ben to the cartel has major consequences and a big chunk of the final season of the show deals with the same.
Laura Linney is a veteran actress with projects like The Truman Show, Mystic River, Tales of the City, etc under her belt.
Sofia Hublitz as Charlotte Byrde
Sofia Hublitz plays the role of Charlotte Byrde, Marty and Wendy’s daughter. She also found her parents’ decision of moving from Chicago to be quite upsetting and has a hard time accepting the criminal activities that they are involved in. However, unable to find a way out of the life that her family gradually builds, Charlotte eventually comes to terms with it.

Felix Solis as Omar Navarro
Omar Navarro, played by Felix Solis, is the head of the Navarro Cartel, for which Marty launders money. He is the man responsible for Marty and Wendy's deeper involvement in the criminal underworld, and he remains one of the most intense and frightening characters in the entire show.
Felix Solis has also starred in The Family, The Good Wife, Ten Days in the Valley etc.
Julia Garner as Ruth Langmore
Julia Garner plays the role of Ruth Langmore, the young daughter of a local crime family. Things do not start well between Ruth and Byrdes but eventually she becomes Marty’s trusted ally and proves herself to be quite useful. However, things get complicated when her brother Wyatt is killed and she also comes to know about Ben’s death and takes decisions that write her fate in the final season.
Julia Garner has also worked in projects like The Assistant, Inventing Anna, The Americans etc.
