Highly praised for its biblical allusions and tales from the Old Testament, the series was hailed as a classic hit by critics and audiences alike.
Season 5 Last Supper follows one of the most monumental moments in Christianity, where Jesus Christ had a final supper with 12 of His most loyal Apostles, before He was handed off to the Romans for execution. The Chosen is already renewed for Season 6 and a final seventh season, which will follow Jesus' crucifixion and eventual resurrection.
While The Chosen is a more faithful adaptation of Jesus' life, the upcoming animated series will explore His relationship with kids.
