Bravo released Below Deck Season 12 Episode 16 on September 15, 2025. The final episode of the current season, titled Over the Rainbeau, featured the final charter of the show.
After the charter guests left, the Captain announced for everyone to gather. He thanked the crew members for the charter. He also noted Hugo and Chef Anthony, who joined the crew later, and helped them since then.
While appreciating the crew members and their working together, Below Deck's Captain Kerry Titheradge shared:
"A good crew can make a bad Captain look good, and a bad crew can make a good Captain look bad. I need a crew that works very well together, and this crew did that. And I'm really proud of them."

The latest episode of Below Deck Season 12 saw charter guests leaving around noon. Captain Kerry Titheradge announced over the radio about seeing the crew members after the guests' departure. The primary guest and her friends thanked everyone and left a tip for the crew.
Bravo describes the Below Deck Season 12 Episode 16 as:
"The crew pulls together an explosive final charter; the status of St. David's boatmances, friendships and rivalries remain uncertain as the charter season concludes."
Jess and Damo talked about how the current charter season went. She mentioned that she had to talk to Barbara as she was going to New York to visit her later.
"I'm excited about the idea of going to New York because..I mean, Barbara's really cool. I'm enjoying like...her company," confessed Jess.
Around 1:53 pm, the captain announced having a "very heavy envelope" which he needed to "lighten."
After the crew members gathered, the Captain mentioned Hugo and said how his arrival before the fourth charter helped him. He also noted that with Chef Anthony on deck, seeing him "excel" was also amazing. Everyone, including the Captain, applauded for him.
He then revealed the tip amount, which was $28,000. It would mean $2,153 each. The Captain also recalled that throughout the charter season, they earned $1,95,490 in tips, which was around $15,037 each.
"I've never had so much money, never in my life. It's a new beginning for me. Because I finally, after eight years, I start to save money for my future," confessed Barbara.
The Captain mentioned that they were going out to enjoy their time. At night, they went out, where Barbara and Jess discussed various things, including their past, and more.
