"Rude and demeaning": Below Deck's Captain Kerry instructs the crew on how to handle the guests on board

Below Deck Season 12 Episode 6 aired on July 7, 2025. The latest episode of the Bravo show, titled Yacht-Chella, featured a new group of guests on board.

After observing various demands and the behavior of guests on St. David, Captain Kerry Titheradge had a private conversation with the crew members. He asked Barbara, Solene, and Rainbeau for a "quick" meeting. He wanted to instruct them about the charter guests and their behavior.

Soon, Chief Stew Fraser also joined the fellow crew members and the Captain, where Captain Kerry said:

"These guests are getting very rowdy. At any point, you feel uncomfortable. Let me know. Okay. Demanding we can do, but rude and demeaning. We cannot do."

Below Deck Season 12 Episode 6: Crew members face challenging guests with "rude" and "demeaning" behavior

Bravo aired the latest Below Deck Season 12 Episode 6 on July 7, 2025. The latest episode of the show featured crew members on deck, going with their routine. They welcomed a new group of guests, which later turned out to be challenging.

Fraser radioed the Chef about the lunchtime and took the guests to the table. The lunch menu included Greek salad, veal piccata, rack of lamb, and more items. While serving the dishes, some crew members faced issues with one another. It was Barbara and Rainbeau.

Later, Barbara shared the incident with Jess. She mentioned how Rainbeau used her leg to tell her to move.

"Man, I hate. I was at the table, she was like this...Don't kick me b*tch," said Barbara.

She also confessed to the cameras about how Rainbeau treated her "like that." Barbara said it was one of the reasons why she didn't "match" with her.

Further in the Below Deck episode, Bosun Hugo was planning how guests would be taken into the water and how they would keep track of where everyone was, for their safety. Soon, the chef arrived at the table and asked the guests about their lunch.

"The veal you got to practice," said the primary guest.

He added that the dish tasted like "shoe leather." While the chef was listening to the guests' comments, Captain Kerry also noticed how the guest was sharing his comments about the food.

"Oh my God, these guys, these guys. And you know, guess what? I just took a deep breath," confessed the chef.

However, the chef offered to make another dish for the guests. Soon, the Below Deck Captain asked the female cast members:

"Can I just have a quick meeting with all your girls?"

Crew members, including Barbara, Solene, Rainbeau, and Chief Stew Fraser, joined the Captain. He informed the crew that guests were becoming "very rowdy." He said that if any of them feel "uncomfortable," they should let him know.

Captain Kerry also mentioned that they could handle "demanding" guests, but they wouldn't tolerate rude and demeaning ones. The crew thanked the Captain and appreciated his gesture.
