Fans are gearing up for Red Eye Season 2 as the new chapter will focus on a whole new mission, but with the same titular characters. The new Season will once again put Hana in danger, and it won't be easy to get out as she's partnered up with someone she doesn't like.And that person is none other than Clay Brody, who betrayed Hana once. The role is played by Martin Compston, who shed light on securing this role and called it a "gift". The actor continued:"I don’t think anybody sees me walking down the street would believe I’m an ex-Special Forces badass."He added:"All that talking into your wrist, touching your ear, I love that stuff."Brody is in charge of security at the U.S. Embassy in London, where people will be trapped when a mysterious person calls and mentions a plane crash if anybody sneaks out of the place. He jokingly points out that people wouldn’t normally look at him and think he's the one who portrays a tough, highly trained security professional with a Special Forces background.Compston connects this excitement to the movies he grew up loving, particularly classic adventure and spy films like Indiana Jones and James Bond. He said:"I grew up watching Indiana Jones and James Bond movies and other action movies."The Red Eye Season 2 star continued:"I mean, I am only in my early 40s, but you don’t know how much longer you can get those types of roles. So, you’ve got to try and enjoy it when they come."Martin Compston also compared the series with another show, 24, suggesting that the events take little time to unfold. The actress said:"But for some reason in this season, there’s an abundance of gloves, and they kept making me put on gloves, which I really struggled with, particularly on camera."While it may look like a small issue, it was a big challenge for Jing Lusi.
