Rhythm + Flow: Poland's first episode, Poland: North, Center, South Part 1, premiered on May 14, 2025. The debut episode of the reality show featured three judges, Sokól, Dziarma, and Bedoes 2115, starting their search for the best Polish rappers.

Before departing to explore various regions, they discussed what kind of rappers they were looking for. While everyone shared their opinion in their humorous way, Dziarma also opened up.

With a reality show background, she was well aware of how tense such a competition might be for some of the rappers. Referring to the pressure that artists might be feeling, she said:

"I'm mainly looking for someone with thick skin who can handle anything. I've been on a show like this, and it's a lot for anyone to deal with. It's stressful as f*ck."

Rhythm + Flow: Poland Season 1 Episode 1: Judges discuss what qualities they will be looking for in rappers

The three judges arrived at the un-built Rhythm + Flow: Poland stage. They discussed how soon artists will be fighting against each other to win the prize pot will be there.

"It's happening," said Dziarma.

They talked about where the stage would be set up and how various artists, whom they will select, will be performing there. Bedoes 2115 mentioned how, in just two weeks, they will be starting the space with a stage and rappers to compete.

While Dziarma mentioned casting, Sokól said there will be an audience soon. She asked her fellow judges about what qualities they were looking for from the rappers for Rhythm + Flow: Poland.

"A dietitian. I could use a good trichologist, you know?" Bedoes 2115 joked.

Later, on a serious note, he said that finding the best rappers was the "hardest part." He mentioned they needed individuals who know "how to rap."

Adding more to that, Sokól said with a touch of authenticity, he could be persuaded.

Dziarma mentioned she was looking for someone with "thick skin" who could handle anything. Being a contestant in her early days, she mentioned it was "stressful" as f*ck.

Rhythm + Flow: Poland's Sokól then suggested that each of them would choose a direction and go there looking for rappers. They decided to meet back there after two weeks of auditions. As they agreed to take different directions, North was for Bedoes 2115 while Dziarma went South. Sokól chose the middle/ central Poland.

They auditioned various rappers from different backgrounds and with unique skills. While the artists arrived for their auditions, each of the judges had assistance from fellow artists, music producers, and long-time friends.

As featured on Rhythm + Flow: Poland Episode 1, choosing the rappers has been quite difficult during a few auditions. However, the judges decided that they would be upfront and direct with their opinion during the auditions.
