The latest episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service Season 1 was released on July 30, 2025. It featured the Philadelphia-based Pretty Girls Cook restaurant, where Gordon Ramsay went undercover.
After he found many issues regarding hygiene, food items, and rotten seafood, he went to the restaurant and confronted the staff members. He got all the customers to leave the restaurant and gathered the staff and the owner.
It happened after he saw one of the customers ordering mussels, and they were served open/dead mussels. The night before, he had seen those mussels in the refrigerator. So when he witnessed that they were being served, he stepped in before the customer could eat them.
He then talked about what would happen after consuming open/dead mussels:
"Nausea, diarrhea, convulsions, and severe, severe food poisoning."

After going undercover the night before, Gordon Ramsay was in his van, looking over how things were going at the restaurant. Soon, he saw open/dead mussels being served and decided to step in. He stopped the customer from eating those mussels and also got all the customers to leave the restaurant.
Staff members saw how he rushed in and got all the customers to leave without having any takeaways. Seeing some of them laughing, Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service host confronted them:
"First of all, this is not a laughing matter. This is real. There's something you all should know. I'll be honest with you. Y'all think you're taking part in a restaurant refresh show. But I've been watching you for a long time."
He revealed that he also had an insider who had given him essential information. From them, Gordon knew what was “really going on” at the restaurant.
Listening to Gordon Ramsay, the restaurant owner, Dominique, was surprised. She confessed to the cameras that she talked to the staff members every day. She had no idea who that could be.
Gordon continued:
"I've watched you work. I've gone through everything, and there's a tray of mussels under that grill, and half of them are open."
Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service host asked the staff what it would mean if the mussels were open. A staff member said, “sick,” and that it would make the customer sick as well.
"Possibly food poisoning," said a staff member.
Agreeing with that, he added that it would cause nausea, diarrhea, and severe food poisoning. Pointing out a fork with mussels, Gordon said it was millimeters away from a customer’s mouth.
Seeing how the situation escalated, one of the staff members confessed to the cameras:
"It's disgusting. It's embarrassing. It's supposed to be a nice restaurant."
Further on Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service, the host then went to the kitchen and got a tray full of meat and food items from one of the refrigerators. Last night, he found a kitchen item that had turned “green.” He got that piece of meat and told the owner to check it out.
He also confronted the staff members for their behavior while they were being seen by the customers. While talking about various hygiene issues, Gordon also mentioned having rats roaming around.
