Netflix’s recently released Sirens, has quickly become one of the highly acclaimed series on the streaming platform. It revolves around the complicated story involving three women: Milly Alcock’s Simone, who has formed a close but creepy relationship with her boss, Michaela, played by Julianne Moore, and Simone’s sister, Devon, played by Meghann Fahy, who comes to Port Haven to take her sister back to Buffalo.

Besides the stellar performances by these actresses, Sirens also stars several other actors who add to the story, such as Kevin Bacon, who plays Peter, Michaela’s husband, and Bill Camp, who plays Simone and Devon’s dad. Other than them, there is another character that might have grabbed everyone’s attention. That character is Jordan played by Trevor Salter.

Salter’s character is Ethan’s (Glenn Howerton) yacht Captain, who also gets involved with Devon after encountering her when she first comes to the beach estate. However, this is not his first popular role as the actor has also been seen in several popular projects.

Trevor Salter’s Jordan meets Fahy’s Devon when she travels to Port Haven to take her sister back with her. They both get romantically involved, and at the end, Devon ends her relationship with her childhood friend Raymond and almost goes on a month-long voyage, invited by Jordan.

However, she has to decline the offer in order to take care of her dad, as that’s her priority, but she promises him that she might join him on some future travel plans.

Born on November 30, 1990, the American actor’s first prominent role was in the film Ricki and the Flash, starring Meryl Streep in 2015. Although a minor role of a Groomsman in Ricki’s son’s wedding, Salter got a chance to share the screen with popular Hollywood stars like Sebastian Stan and Streep.

The 35-year-old actor has also appeared in a film called Doin’ It starring Lilly Singh as Maya, a software engineer. She also works as a substitute teacher in a school where the principal asks her to teach Sex Education, and coming from an Indian conservative family, she finds herself in a difficult situation. Salter plays Alex, one of Maya’s love interests in the film.

Apart from movies, Salter has also done off-Broadway plays such as Here Lies Love and Soft Power.
