The latest Dancing With The Stars Season 34 episode featured yet another fantastic night of dance performances. The remaining ten participants, along with their dancing partners, danced to the episode's theme, Wicked Night.
Fans witnessed Jon M. Chu as the special guest judge for the latest episode. Along with him, DWTS judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough were also present.
During the episode, guest judge Jon M. Chu appreciated Dylan Efron's performance. He and his dance partner, Daniella Karagach, delivered a rumba performance. The two received praises from the guest judge as he noted that the two stayed "connected" to the story.
"This is a really hard song, but you were so connected to the story. This is the kind of masculinity in dance that we need," noted the guest judge, Jon M. Chu.

For the latest Dancing With The Stars Season 34 episode, Dylan Efron and his pro dance partner Daniella Karagach delivered the first rumba performance of the season. The two danced to I'm Not That Girl from Cynthia Erivo.
Witnessing their performance, DWTS judge Carrie Ann Inaba noted that the partnership between the two turned it into magic. She also noted that Dylan's foot got stuck on the drag during their performance.
Fellow judge Derek Hough noted that he was growing. He also noted that pro dancer Daniella was dancing with a Ferrari. However, Dylan was not overpowered by her.
"Subtle, sensuous, romantic, wonderful extended lines. And your hips have no problem at all, but you lost a little control of it," noted Bruno Tonioli.
Dancing With The Stars' guest judge Jon talked about how hard the song was, but still Dylan stayed connected to the story. He also noted that it was the kind of "masculinity" in dance that they needed.
Dylan and Daniella's total score was 40, 8 from each of the judges. For the sixth week, their total score out of 80 was 68.
Apart from Dylan's performance, the guest judge also praised some other performances. One of them was Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas' performance. Jon noted that it was a perfect blend of technical prowess and fun.
Another pair that received the appreciation was Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa.
"I feel the competitiveness in you. You want to win this thing, I can tell," said Jon M. Chu.
Robert Irwin and Witney Carson's jazz performance also received positive reviews. The guest judge noted that to see Robert's performance in person was even better. He also recalled Robert's previous performance, which made everyone emotional. Jon stated that it went from last week's honesty to this week's joy.
