"So disappointed": The Real Housewives of Potomac star Gizelle Bryant reacts to Eddie and Wendy Osefo's arrests

The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 10 premiered on October 5, 2025. Bravo show's cast member Wendy Osefo's recent arrest made quite the waves among the viewers.

For the fans who might not know, Eddie and Wendy Osefo's arrest followed the fraud allegations revealed on October 9, 2025. As shared by US Weekly, the grand jury suggested that the husband-wife duo was involved in insurance fraud.

After witnessing the two taken at the police station for further proceedings, Wendy's fellow The Real Housewives of Potomac cast members reacted to the shocking news.

While on the Reasonably Shady podcast on October 27, 2025, one of the RHOP cast members, Gizelle Bryant, stated:

"I'm so disappointed. I immediately thought, first of all, huge disappointment. Sad, right, because this is so sad for their children. Guilty or innocent, their parents were removed from their house and brought down to a police station, and charged. They have mugshots. That is, I’m sure, super scary for their children, so sad."

Fellow cast member Gizelle Bryant noted that she was disappointed. The first thought she had was that it was a huge disappointment. She was on Reasonably Shady while she talked about the fellow cast member being arrested.

Gizelle also noted that it was sad for Eddie and Wendy's children. She also said guilty or innocent, parents being taken to a police station must be super scary for their children.

Another The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member, Robyn Dixon, noted that she was surprised and disappointed after learning about the charges. She also appeared on the same episode of the podcast and reacted to the situation.

"I am highly shocked, surprised, and disappointed by these charges. You're innocent until proven guilty. If everything in these charging documents is true, I'm highly disappointed, and then I just have so many questions, like, why?"

After the news of Eddie and Wendy Osefo was revealed, Candiace Dillard Bassett appeared on the news and noted that she was shocked. On October 10, 2025, while on Fox 5 DF, Candiace said that:

"We don’t know what the charges are for but we know that the Osefos have a very successful marijuana business. They are providing jobs and opportunities for people of color in the area, in the DMV. My first thought is, Are they being targeted? Is this something that we should be thinking about?"

Andy Cohen also shared his thoughts after the news of Wendy's arrest broke. On SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live, Andy noted that he couldn't say much. He stated that he learned about the news on Friday morning. He also clarified that he knew as much as everyone, from what he had read.

Andy noted that Wendy had been a great housewife and a great role model. He mentioned Wendy leading with education and also talked about her solid family values.
