The Season 27 premiere touched on several political and pop culture topics, setting the stage for a raunchy ride, filled with cheeky humour.

South Park Season 27 Episode 3: Release and streaming details

South Park Season 27 Episode 3 will air on the Comedy Central Channel on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET/PT.

According to the latest deal between Paramount Global and Stone and Parker’s companies — South Park Digital Studios and Park County — the new season will also exclusively stream on Paramount+. Thus, viewers will also be able to stream Episode 3 on Paramount+ on Thursday, July 31, 2025.

While the sitcom previously had a home on Paramount+, it was uncertain whether Paramount Global would extend its deal for South Park Season 27. However, with the recent deal, Parker and Stone would produce 50 new episodes (over the next five years), which will exclusively stream on Paramount+.

However, with the sitcom's latest deal with Paramount+, it will no longer be available on HBO Max. Viewers will need a subscription to Paramount+ to stream Season 27 of South Park.

The South Park Season 27 premiere: A dig at Donald Trump, Government censorship, and religion

After securing a multi-million-dollar deal with Paramount Global, Parker and Stone returned with South Park Season 27 with their signature blend of satire on politics and pop culture.

The Season 27 premiere was filled with satire on many world events, like government censorship, ChatGPT, and religion. US President Donald Trump had a special appearance, and was shown in bed with Satan, the sitcom's regular.

Titled Sermon on the ‘Mount', the premiere featured the quiet mountain top of the titular town on flames, initiating a chain of events in these troubling times. While Cartman is depressed with the cancellation of his favorite radio show, Randy is stopping Jesus Christ from taking over the education system in South Park.

However, the most hilarious gags from the premiere were surely when we caught up with Trump in the White House at his Oval Office, sitting with the President of Canada. After touching upon the ongoing US-Canada tariff war, Trump is shown getting in bed with Satan, suggesting they have physical intimacy after his long day at work.

The South Park Season 27 premiere ended by touching upon the recent cancellation of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

Catch Episode 3 on Comedy Central on July 30, 2025.
