The first episode of the Fox show featured participants arriving in Morocco. They were unaware of their whereabouts, as they had hoods covering their heads. Contestants were divided into two teams:
- Team Bravo: Leader Jason Fox and Jovon Quarkes, aka Q,
- Team Alpha: Leader DS Billy Billingham and Rudy Reyes.
The first challenge participants faced was rappelling down from the helicopter and transporting the supplies to the extraction point. After taking the most time, Gia Giudice failed the task. Nick Young also failed as his eyes were closed while rappelling down.
Kody Brown was the first contestant to win, followed by Johnny Manziel and others. Additionally, Brittany Cartwright was stuck, which ultimately led to her failure.
Later, Special Forces: World's Toughest Test contestants had to carry containers to their destination. Whoever arrives fastest would win the challenge. Among all the participants, Brittany and Johnny struggled the most. Team Alpha won the first challenge. Hence, they were sent to their camp with the convoy.
As a result, Team Bravo had to run to their bunker. While trekking through the desert, Brittany said that she couldn't continue. She was told to make a decision.
"I can't. I'm going to throw up. I knew I was going to be first. I knew it. So embarrassing," said Brittany.
After Brittany was sent home, the remaining participants were relieved. However, soon they learned that it was not the time to rest. They were called for punishment exercises.
