Next Gen NYC star Gia Giudice appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 30, 2025. While on the show, she was accompanied by fellow co-stars Emira D'Spain, Brooks Marks, and others.

During the interview, Andy asked Gia about her experience with the show and how different it was from The Real Housewives of New Jersey. In response, she talked about growth, struggles her family went through, and how it affected her, and more.

Opening up about growth, Gia mentioned she needed to "transition" better into a friend from the "mom mode" she had been in.

"Growing up with everything that my family went through legally, I was always in mom mode. And now, that's kind of instilled into my personality. So on Next Gen, I think I need to transition better into being a friend and not always being in that mom mode. Because I definitely did come off harsh," added Gia.

In her latest interview with Andy Cohen, Next Gen NYC star Gia Giuide talked about growth and her experience from the recently concluded show. Andy asked her about the "growth experience" and how it was different from RHONJ.

Responding to Andy, she said:

"Yeah, I mean, I think on Housewives being under my mom's shadow. It was always about protecting our family and honestly, just protecting our peace and happiness."

She reflected on the legal struggles her family went through. Since then, she had always been in "mom mode." Gia confessed that it was somehow "instilled" in her personality.

However, being on Next Gen NYC, she said she needed to transition into being a friend, rather than being in mom mode all the time. Gia added that she knew that she came off "aggressive" and that she always gets annoyed by things.

"I definitely came off aggressive, and that I always get annoyed at things, and that's just not who I am. So, I'm ready to grow and really take this experience day by day, and I think that's part of Next Gen, being in my 20s, and growing."

Listening to her talk about growing, Andy cheered for Gia. Later, Andy also asked fellow Next Gen NYC stars Emira and Brooks about their respective partners, business, and more.

He also asked the three Bravo show stars about which of their fellow cast members they had all been in touch with since the first season concluded.
