The latest Special Forces: World's Toughest Test episode started with the remaining six participants.

  1. Randall Cobb,
  2. Gia Giudice,
  3. Andrew East,
  4. Shawn Johnson East,
  5. Kody Brown, and
  6. Brianna LaPaglia.

The staff asked Kody about everyone's situation. He said they were sore, but okay. Later, during the parade, the staff announced that advancing to this stage was an accomplishment for the participants. However, they were not done yet. The next challenge would be the toughest one for them.

Before getting started with the next challenge, the staff called out whether anyone wanted to leave. No one said anything. Soon, the participants were taken to the next challenge's location. While on their way, Brianna talked about how her time on the show had been so far. She noted that she wanted to prove herself by moving forward.

While they walked under the sun, they faced extreme temperatures. They walked in the heat while carrying their heavy rucksacks. Brianna struggled to keep up with her unit. Soon, they were notified about carrying tires and walking together as a unit. Despite the struggles, Brianna wanted to keep going.

She was confronted by the staff and was asked to leave if she couldn't continue. She kept going. As they moved forward, Randall Cobb and Kody were leading while Shawn Johnson East and Andrew East were the next ones. Seeing Shawn struggling, Brianna and Gia Giudice helped her.

They had to carry 90lbs of chains while going up a mountain. Brianna got emotional when she couldn't keep up with the unit. Staff splashed her with water and told her to keep going.

"Give me your arm band or go home. Quit! Go home. If that's what you want, do it," yelled the staff.

Special Forces: World's Toughest Test's Brianna apologized and mentioned that she wanted to keep going. She received the last warning.

Later in the episode, the staff called Shawn Johnson East for a conversation. She had a deep conversation about her gymnastics career, how it affected her emotions, and more.

"I had a lot of people very high up telling me that I was worthless and not wanting to see me succeed in gymnastics, who controlled my fate. And if I showed emotion, I was cut. The only emotion you could ever show was a smile. But if you did that while lined up, you were no longer on the national team," revealed Shawn.

Further, she noted that she was used to shut-off all emotions. She also opened up about her obsession over perfection. Elsewhere in the episode, one of the participants, Randall Cobb, decided to leave Special Forces: World's Toughest Test. It happened after he, Andrew East, and Gia Giudice went into a challenge. They were caught by faux enemies during the task.

While going through the staged attack, Randall announced his voluntary withdrawal from the show. He noted that he was worried about freezing in such situations where he had never been before.
