Special Forces: World's Toughest Test Season 4 Episode 3 aired on October 9, 2025. One of the participants, Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia opened up about her past relationship.
The episode featured Brianna talking about her breakup and how challenging it was. She referred to her past relationship as a "bad" one. However, she noted that it was a public relationship with a "famous person."
She added that no one knew what was happening with her while she was in the relationship.
"I was in a bad relationship, but it was like a public relationship with a famous person. And it was just like…I would leave my house with a smile, but like nobody knew what was happening. I was in a bad spot. I lost sight of myself and I just didn't want to be here anymore," shared Special Forces: World's Toughest Test star.

The recently released episode of the Fox show featured various conversations among participants. One of them was Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia. She reflected on her past and revealed what she went through during her past relationship.
Brianna stated that she was doing the course because she had a "really tough year." She added that she didn't "really know" who she was, and she was looking forward to learn a lot about herself.
In one of her private confessions, Special Forces: World's Toughest Test star Brianna talked about her past. She noted that she wasn't "allowed" to her herself. She also talked about women getting steamrolled and put in "corners."
She added that she used to be "very strong."
"Over the past couple years, I wasn't allowed to be me. From what I've experienced, I think women get steamrolled a lot, and they get put in corners, I used to be very strong. I don't want to give anyone power over me. I really want to take control, and if I make it, it's because I did it," added Brianna.
After the latest challenge on the Fox show, her team lost. She shared more about her past via various confessions. Brianna stated that she met her ex-boyfriend via Instagram DMs. According to her, it was a "very fast-moving" relationship.
Special Forces: World's Toughest Test star added that she should have seen a "lot of red flags." However, she noted that she was "blinded" by a lot of things. While talking to her team members, Brianna stated that her ex was:
"A super musician. He was awful towards me..He got famous on TikTok and thinks he's God."
Later, while in conversation with the Directing Staff (DS), she revealed that she lost sight of herself and no longer wanted to be there.
She also recalled being the "strong girl" who was making videos of girls related to what to do and what not to do. However, somehow it all happened to her, and she didn't know how it led to that.
