Taxi Driver Season 3: Release date news and streaming details

After the successful run of Seasons 1 and 2, fans had been waiting for the release of Taxi Driver Season 3 since the beginning of the year. Therefore, the most anticipated follow-up season of a K-drama will premiere this Friday, on November 21, 2025. The first two episodes will air o Friday and Saturday, this week, and will follow the same bi-weekly release schedule until January 10, 2026, and will consist of 16 episodes.

Taxi Driver Season 3: Plot and cast details

Taxi Driver Season 3 will return with Lee Je-hoon playing the mysterious Rainbow Taxi Driver, Kim Do-gi, a former 707th Special Mission Group captain. He, with his team, which has Jang Sung-chul, played by Kim Eui-sung, the CEO of Rainbow Taxi, Pyo Ye-jin's Ahn Go-eun, a skilled hacker, Choi Kyung-ku (Jang Hyuk-jin), and Park Jin-eon (Bae Yoo-ram), the mechanics of Rainbow Taxi, solve numerous cases and save the lives of various victims by avenging their perpetrators.

This season, Edan Lui, Takenaka Naoto, Kasamatsu Show, Kim Gi-cheon, Yoon Shi-yoon, Lee Kyung-young, and Jang Na-ra will also join as guest stars.

As per the trailer of the brand new season of Taxi Driver, the team will be investigating a Private loan company who have scammed numerous students, and as they fail to repay them, they are sent to Japan. The team learns that the company is involved in human trafficking and works on trying to protect the students and destroy the company from within.

With numerous high-octane fight sequences and challenges faced, the team will work on saving the victims of the fraudulent company. Je-hoon's Kim Do-gi will be seen donning several disguises to solve the new cases. One of the reasons for the K-drama's success is surely Je-hoon's various disguises that he uses to solve the cases by getting close to the villains.
