"The audacity": Below Deck star Rainbeau calls out Solène for drinking on the job

Below Deck Season 12 Episode 16 aired on September 15, 2025. The last episode of the Bravo show featured the crew's last charter coming to an end. However, fans witnessed a conflict between two crew members, Solène Favreau and Rainbeau de Roos.

It happened late at night when Rainbeau saw Solène drinking with the charter guests, spending time on deck, and later drinking while cleaning.

Around 3:26 am, when Rainbeau saw Solène, she was cleaning one of the tables and drinking wine. Seeing her, she told her that she was not supposed to be doing that. Solène responded that she knew it and laughed about it.

Later, Below Deck star Rainbeau sent text messages to Fraser, the Chief stew, about Solène's behavior. She also confessed to the cameras about the same:

"The audacity of this dumb b*tch, like, who do you think you are? I hope he (Fraser) fires your a*s."

Below Deck Season 12 Episode 16: Rainbeau finds Solène drinking while working late at night

The latest Below Deck Season 12 Episode 16 featured the last charter of the season coming to an end. Referring to that, Solène confessed to the cameras that it was the last night and she wanted to "play" and have "fun."

She went to the kitchen and poured herself a glass of wine. She told Rainbeau that she decided on "not fighting" that night. Listening to her, Rainbeau thanked her for deciding that.

Around midnight, while Rainbeau was working, Solène went out on the deck. She asked the guests if anyone wanted anything to drink. Below Deck's Damo asked them if they wanted to do the shots. Everyone agreed to that. When Rainbeau came out on the deck, she saw Solène doing shots with the charter guests.

In her private confession, Rainbeau shared:

"I'm irritated. Taking shots with charter guests, doing s*it at night, like, I don't understand how you are this selfish and narcissistic as a human being. F*ck all that bulls*it."

Around 2:17 am, after Damo was done with his work, he asked Rainbeau if she needed any help. Viewers witnessed Solène doing a handstand and telling herself that it was "nice." Rainbeau told Damo that if she had been the Chief Stew, she would have "never hired" Solène. Damo responded that she was not a "yachtie" but a "socialite."

Below Deck star Solène then started vacuuming and was still talking to herself. Later, she found a wine glass in the jacuzzi. She got it and got herself a drink.

"I found a glass in the jacuzzi. I just need to vacuum and wipe, and I think I can go to bed." said Solène.

She then went downstairs to finish her work. Around 3:26 am, Rainbeau was there, completing the laundry. She saw Solène cleaning a table while holding a drink in the other hand.

While Rainbeau stood there, watching what was going on, Solène turned around and laughed. She told Solène that she was not supposed to be drinking while working. Solène responded that she knew that.

"The only reason I'm awake is because you're taking so long to finish," said Rainbeau.

Listening to her, Solène responded that she was still "f*cking working" and not "chilling." In her confession, she said she could do two "stuff" at the same time. She could wipe the table with one hand, and the other one could give her something.

Below Deck's Rainbeau told her that she wanted to go to bed.

"Are you f*cking kidding me, Solène? F*ck you, bro. F*ck you. You're standing there laughing. I genuinely think that you're the worst person I've ever had to work with, ever," said Rainbeau.

Seeing Rainbeau getting angry, Solène told her she didn't have to get "pink" and laughed. Rainbeau left the conversation and sent a text to Fraser regarding the situation. She wrote that that night had been "the worst one yet."
