Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7 aired on July 14, 2025. The latest episode, titled, Party Dockin’ in the House Tonight, saw crew members busy with their latest charter.
After the charter ended and the guests left, Chief Stew Fraser called the crew members, including Raibeau, Solene, and Barbara. He wanted to discuss the most recent charter and how they all performed.
Even though the charter was "good", Fraser said it could have been better.
"Okay, I know we had good comments from our guests on departure. But I wasn't happy with this charter. I think we can do a lot better. I think we became really comfortable."
Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7: Fraser warns the crew members about their performances while Rainbeau gets emotional
The latest Below Deck Season 12 Episode 7 continued guests from the previous episode. According to their requests, the crew members arranged everything, and they all enjoyed it.
After the guests left, Fraser radioed Raibeau, Barbara, and Solene for a meeting to discuss their most recent charter. As they arrived, Barbara said she didn't have "energy." While Solene and Rainbeau sat there, Barbara lay down.
Frase said they had "good comments" from the guests, but he wasn't "happy" with that. He said they could do a "lot better."
Seeing Barbara tired and lied down on the sofa, Fraser said:
"Can you sit up for me, my love?"
After Barbara sat up, Fraser continued:
"I know it's the middle of the season. I know we're tired. But that's what your thing is. So you can either be resiliant and strong and succeed, or we're going to have some problems. I'm not teaching you what the idea of your thing is. You should know, or you shouldn't be here."
He added that if things won't change, he would make the necessary "cuts." He mentioned that they were a "good team."
The most recent Below Deck episode ended with Rainbeau getting emotional while finishing the master bedroom sheets. When she was asked what happened, she shared that she felt as if she was "drowning."
Consoling her, the chef told her:
"We, all of us, drowning, but we are together. All of us try. Okay? But, yeah, I'm drowning every day. Every day, I just try to do my best.
She confessed to the cameras that she was giving her "100%." She asked why, even though she was doing everything, and still it was not "good enough. Below Deck star Rainbeau got emotional while confessing, and asked she wanted to know what she was doing wrong, so that she could do better.
