Apart from Jeremy Allen White, one of the highlights of the FX series, The Bear is undeniably Ayo Edebiri. The actress took on the role of Sydney Adamu, a talented chef who helps Carmy save his late brother's sandwich shop.
The Golden Globe award winner plays a character who's incredibly talented and graduated from a recognized culinary school. Still, Sydney chose to work with Carmy as she wanted to do something meaningful in her life.
Her role was praised by viewers, and now Edebiri is all set for the release of her upcoming drama, After the Hunt, in which she will be seen sharing screen with A-lister Julia Roberts and Andrew Garfield.
Not only this, it has recently been revealed that Ayo Edebiri is also developing a feature film with Lionel Boyce, who happens to be her co-star from The Bear. The actor played Marcus Brooks, a pastry chef.
What's even more interesting is that the two stars share a great bond and Boyce even mentioned that he'd love to collaborate with Edebiri whenever possible. The two have now joined forces for a feature film.

When it comes to some of the most versatile young artists, Ayo Edebiri is sure to cross minds. She went from a stand-up comedian to an award-winning actress, who continues to impress fans with each character she plays on-screen.
And this time it's about Edebiri's collaboration with her The Bear co-star, Lionel Boyce. Per Vogue, Boyce once talked about Edebiri, saying:
"I remember, maybe around the pilot or in the first season, having this feeling of, This is a person I would like to work with for the rest of my career."
The actor explained that she's someone with whom he would like to work throughout his career. Building on this foundation, they are now developing a feature film together. As of now, no further details have been shared about the project that will highlight their creative storytelling.
In the same interview, Edebiri also revealed that Boyce and a few others were among those who helped her feel comfortable in L.A. Since she was new to the place, it was initially challenging, but her The Bear co-star made it easy.

Ayo Edebiri's projects beyond The Bear
While she rose to fame from The Bear, Ayo Edebiri is now part of several anticipated projects. In December, she will appear in Ella McCay, a political comedy-drama directed by James L. Brooks, with popular stars including Emma Mackey, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Woody Harrelson.
Not only this, but fans are also excited for her role in After the Hunt, which is arriving on October 10, 2025. Additionally, Edebiri is set to make her Broadway debut in April in a revival of David Auburn's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Proof, directed by Thomas Kail, where she will star alongside Don Cheadle.
The actress also noted that she has been spending a lot of time travelling due to multiple projects. Despite the challenge, Edebiri has been managing her personal and professional life quite well.
