How did The Beast in Me end? Nile is finally exposed

The finale of The Beast in Me reveals Nile Jarvis as a dangerous manipulator. After framing Aggie for Teddy’s murder, Nile almost succeeds in destroying her life. But Aggie refuses to run forever. She turns herself in and first visits Nina and explains about her son's death and how Nile staged Madison and Teddy's death.

Nina confronts Nile at home, pushing him until he slips and admits everything. She secretly records the confession and sends it to him right before he steps in front of the press. This results in Nile being arrested for the crimes he has committed so far.

Rick helped by providing more evidence, contributing to Nile receiving multiple sentences. However, the story doesn't end here. Nick then kills Nile's father by removing him from life support and later gets Nile killed inside the prison.

As for Aggie, she comes out of prison and releases her book. The series ends with Nina giving birth suggesting evil might live on through the bloodline.
