The Great British Bake Off Season 16 Winner: Who took home the title?

The Great British Bake Off Season 16 Episode 10 aired on November 4, 2025. The final episode featured three finalists, Jasmine, Aaron, and Tom.

They went through their final Technical and Signature challenges. They baked finger buns and prepared huge towers of madeleines, as per the instructions. After blind tasting, the judges shared their remarks for the Technical challenge.

The latest season of the baking competition ended with Jasmine winning the title. The judges talked about her consistent performance and also how she was the Star Baker for five times.

The Great British Bake Off Season 16 Episode 10: Three finalists go through their one last Technical and Signature Challenge

The Great British Bake Off Season 16 premiered with 12 bakers. 3 of them made it to the finale after going through many Signature and Technical challenges.

Viewers witnessed delicious desserts made throughout dedicated weeks. This included Cake Week, Biscuit Week, Chocolate Week, Pastry Week, Meringue Week, Dessert Week, Patisserie Week, Bread Week, Back to School Week, and more.

For the finale, three remaining bakers, Jasmine, Aaron, and Tom competed to win the title. For their final Signature Challenge, they had to prepare classic British ice finger bun. Finalists prepared:

• Tom: Pina Colada & Hot Dog Iced Finger Buns,
• Jasmine: Apricot & Strawberry Iced Finger Buns,
• Aaron: Yuzu and Pear Finger Buns.

Next up on the finale was a Technical Challenge. For that bakers had to make tower of French delights. The hosts told them to prepare a tower of exquisitely decorated white chocolate and lemon madeleines

After both the final challenges, co-host Alison Hammond announced Jasmine as the winner of The Great British Bake Off Season 16.

Throughout the baking competition, Jasmine has delivered quite impressive results, every episode. She also earned two iconic Hollywood handshakes from one of the judges, Paul Hollywood. Additionally, viewers also witnessed her becoming the Star Baker for five times during her time on the show.

After winning The Great British Bake Off Season 16, Jasmine confessed to the cameras:

"Oh my goodness I am just so overjoyed! When I was in the middle of exams and trying to bake while I was trying to learn, it’s been so much. But I have done it and I am just so unbelievably happy and to have done it with such an awesome group of people."

Jasmine also shared some words of inspiration after her win. She didn't expect herself to be able to do something. However, when she didn't have faith, she kept on telling herself to try.

"And try and try again," she said.

One of the judges, Prue Leith noted that Jasmine had been steady from the beginning of the competition. She referred to her as an extraordinary girl. Felow judge, Paul Hollywood, shared that Jasmine had never been near elimination throughout her time on the show.

"She has done an incredible job all the way through the Bake Off this year. She is a worthy winner and she is the best one we have seen for quite a while actually," added Paul.

He also noted that being a Star Baker for five times and winning the competition, had never happened before.
