The Lincoln Lawyer is coming back with Season 4 and the fans couldn't be more excited. The legal drama revolves around Los Angeles defense attorney Mickey Haller (played by Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), who takes on high-profile cases from his Lincoln car, all the while navigating through his own personal life challenges. The new season is set to premiere on the streaming platform on February 5, 2026. Season 4 will comprise 10 episodes.

Season 3 of The Lincoln Lawyer ended on a cliffhanger as Mickey gets entangled in an unexpected situation after a dead body is found in the trunk of his car. While it appears that he has been clearly framed for the murder, it remains to be seen how the shrewd lawyer is going to wriggle out of this conundrum.

The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 is based on Michael Connelly’s novel titled ‘The Law of Innocence’. The series is executive produced by Ted Humphrey and Dailyn Rodriguez, who are also the showrunners. While speaking about the upcoming season, Ted Humphrey shared with Tudum by Netflix,

“Well, the biggest cliff-hanger of all is ‘What is going to happen to Mickey?’ and that one certainly plays out across the whole season in the form of his trial… But in the first episode you’ll understand at least the broad strokes of what specifically has happened and what charges, and adversaries, Mickey is facing. This is going to be the biggest and most personal challenge Mickey has ever faced, and also the biggest roller coaster we’ve yet taken our audience on.”

What to expect in The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4?

The Lincoln Lawyer is known for keeping the audience captivated through its suspenseful and brilliant storyline. And Season 3 has set up an even bigger stage. In the previous season, we see Mickey fighting to prove an innocent client’s case while pursuing retribution for his friend’s death.

While things seem to be settling down for Mickey, he is thrown into the deep end as towards the end of the finale episode he is pulled over by police for missing license plate. Things take a turn for the worse when the police open the trunk of his Lincoln, from which blood was dripping. Mickey doesn’t understand what is happening. In the trunk, is the body of the infamous con artist Sam Scales, who had been shot. It appears that Mickey has been framed for murder. But the real truth and the details behind the murder is left uncertain, setting the stage for The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4.
