Apple TV+ has unveiled the official teaser for The Morning Show Season 4, the Primetime Emmy Award-nominated series, which stars Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon in the lead roles.

The Morning Show, which debuted in 2019, is based on Brian Stelter's 2013 book Top of the Morning and follows the culture behind a popular morning news program (TMS) on the UBA Network in Manhattan.

TMS is co-hosted by news anchors, Alex Levy (Aniston) and Bradley Jackson (Witherspoon).

After touching upon many real-world headlines, from the MeToo Movement, the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, to racial inequality, The Morning Show Season 4 will focus on Artificial Intelligence.

The first official teaser gives a glimpse into Aniston and Witherspoon's characters, along with some returning and new faces.

The official logline for Season 4 reads as follows:

“With the UBA-NBN merger complete, the newsroom must grapple with newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America. In a world rife with deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups — who can you trust? And how can you know what’s actually real?”

After touching on numerous real-world issues, The Morning Show Season 4 will dive into the world of Artificial Intelligence, with AI taking over human territory in recent times.

From social media scams to corporate cover-ups, AI has deeply infiltrated the nooks of our society, and the latest season of TMS will investigate and explore the harrowing effects of this takeover.
