Netflix's latest K-drama, The Price of Confession, premieres on December 5, 2025. The thriller K-drama follows the story of Yoon-soo, who is accused of murdering her own husband and is sent to jail, where she meets the mysterious Mo-eun, who makes a shocking deal with her in exchange for her freedom.

The K-drama stars Kim Go-eun in a mysterious and chilling role. Along with Go-eun, several other renowned Korean actors are also part of the K-drama.

In The Price of Confession, Yoon-soo is suspected of killing her husband and meets Mo-eun in prison. With Yoon-soo and Mo-eun's story, the K-drama also focuses on the prosecutors, Dong-hun and Jung-gu, as one of them tries to find the truth about the murder case while the other tries to protect Yoon-soo.

1) Jeon Do-yeon as Ahn Yoon-soo

Jeon Do-yeon plays the character of Yoon-soo in the Netflix thriller K-drama. At the beginning of the K-drama, she is seen living a happy life with her husband, Ki-dae. However, her life comes crashing down when her husband is murdered, and she becomes the suspect. The K-drama depicts her story and the mystery behind her husband's death, and whether she is the real culprit or not.

The South Korean actress has also been a part of several other popular K-dramas such as Crash Course in Romance, Star in My Heart, and The Good Wife.


2) Park Hae-soo as Baek Dong-hun

South Korean actor Park Hae-soo portrays Dong-hun in The Price of Confession. He is a prosecutor who is hell bent on finding the truth about Ki-dae's murder and suspects Yoon-soo of the murder.

Hae-soo is mostly known for his role as Cho Sang-woo in Squid Game Season 1, and has also appeared in other popular K-dramas such as Butterfly, Prison Playbook, Narco-Saints, and The Legend of the Blue Sea, among others.


3) Kim Go-eun as Mo-eun

Popular actress Kim Go-eun appears as Mo-eun in the Netflix K-drama. She is an inmate in the same prison where Yoon-soo is sent. Due to her ability to read people, she is called a witch in prison. Mo-eun makes a deal with Yoon-soo that if she murders for her, she would get a confession, which would result in Yoon-soo's freedom.

Go-eun is among the most prominent actresses in the South Korean industry and is known for her roles such as Eun-tak in Goblin, In-ju in Little Women, and Eun-joong in You and Everything Else.


4) Jin Seon-kyu as Jang Jung-gu

Another big name in the K-drama is Seon-kyu, who plays the character of Jung-gu. His character adds another layer of twist in the K-drama as he is introduced as Yoon-soo's lawyer who tries to do everything to prove that she did not kill her husband.

The South Korean actor is one of the most popular actors and has appeared in various acclaimed South Korean series such as Aema, Revenant, Kingdom, and Through the Darkness.
