Episode 11 of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 is titled "At Last", and begins with Conrad waiting for Belly at her apartment's doorstep. He's excited and nervous at the same time, and finally sees Belly arriving with a man he doesn't know.
Thankfully, Benito left right after ensuring Belly's home, and then Conklin is surprised to see Conrad outside her home. Conrads says that he's in Paris for a conference later in Brussels, and there's a quick train to the place.

They visit a museum, and then Belly takes Conrad to a rooftop she loves the most. They could see the entire city from the top and talk a little bit about the past and Belly's journey in the city so far.
