Even though The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 has concluded, the impact of emotional moments is still being felt among fans. The chapter kicked off with Belly and Jeremiah in their final year, continuing their relationships.

Soon, Belly's life took an unexpected turn when she learns that Jere had cheated on her during their break. And then Steven met a deadly accident, after which Belly and Jeremiah decided to marry each other and make it official.

Episode 6 of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 begins with Belly and Jeremiah exploring apartments to shift after their wedding. They spent hours looking for a house, but had to put the plan on hold when Jeremiah was called away for some urgent work.

Later in the episode, Belly arrives at Taylor's house for her bridal shower, and the emotional moment comes when Laurel shows up for the celebration. She has been refusing to attend her daughter's wedding, but thanks to Conrad, who convinced Laurel despite being hurt by the news himself.

The mother-daughter reunion is emotional as Laurel tears up seeing that her Bean will soon walk down the aisle. Another painful moment in this episode comes when Taylor guarantees that Steven is his true friend, but deep down, she still loves him. In fact, even more as Steven had previously gotten into an accident soon after he confessed his love.

Episode 4 of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 is another roller coaster ride of emotions as Belly has to go for her wedding dress shopping without Laurel. Although Taylor and Lucinda did their best to make her feel special, Belly couldn’t help but feel lonely without her mother.

To make things even more heartbreaking, she had to pick her wedding dress from a prom shop instead of a proper bridal boutique. Belly calls Jeremiah and breaks down, saying:

"I don't know how I'm gonna do this without her. How are we supposed to do this without both of our moms?"

Later in the episode, Jeremiah arrives at Belly's house to convince Laurel. However, she refuses to give her blessings and mentions that she didn't picture Jere behaving like this, hurting both Belly and Jeremiah.

Later in the evening, the girls and boys part ways to celebrate at clubs, and just when Belly starts to dance, she starts having thoughts of Conrad Fisher, with Ariana Grande's We Can't Be Friends song, making the moment more emotional.

Episode 11 of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 serves as the finale, which concludes with Belly Conklin and Conrad Fisher's reunion. But before that, Conrad once again experienced heartbreak when Belly told him that she was still not sure about their relationship.

She asks Conrad if he loves her just because Susannah would have wanted it, or if his feelings are truly his own. Though hurt by the doubt, Conrad reassures her that he has loved her since childhood and wants to spend his life with Belly and no one else.

Despite this, Belly asks him to leave. After Conrad leaves the house and takes a taxi to catch his train, Belly realizes that she loves him too and that he is her first love and will always hold that place in her heart.

She arrives on time and confesses her love to Conrad. The scene is emotional and happy at the same time as Fisher finally got his Belly back. Notably, the finale of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 brought a happy ending for everyone.

In this episode, Belly and everyone else are disturbed by Conrad's previous confession, and soon Jere goes missing on the wedding day. This leaves Belly anxious, and she waits for him to return.

Conrad knew where his little brother was: At Susannah's grave. The two brothers clash over their actions, and Conrad hands over Susannah's letter to Jere. Turns out that the letter was mistakenly put inside Jere's envelope, as it belonged to Conrad. Jeremiah read the letter and learned that even Susannah wanted Belly and Conrad to marry each other.

This breaks Jere, and when he confronts Belly, the two call off the wedding. But before that, Conrad had already said goodbye to Belly, which was quite tear-jerking. And in the end, Jeremiah is left heartbroken, Conrad is on the way back to California, and Belly takes a flight to Paris.
