Speaking to The Direct, the cast discussed how their characters are dealing with the new season’s chaos. Garrett Hedlund commented on the rekindled romance between Mitch Keller and Cleo Montague (Bella Heathcote), confessing:

"Their history was undeniable for him."

Heathcote added:

"She's very flirty, she's very sassy. She's got a lot of history with [Mitch]. And, you know, she comes to town because her dad's got this distillery that's in trouble, and she wants to help him out, but she very quickly gets sucked back into Mitch’s vortex."

At the same time, Dana Delany spoke about the consequences of the FBI raid in the Season 2 finale for her character Margaret Devereaux, explaining:

"I think she has to decide, ‘Is this the kind of life I want? Is being with Dwight worth all the stuff that goes with being with Dwight? And I think we know what the answer is."

Sylvester Stallone’s Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a calm but calculating presence who has always teetered on the edge in his rule over Tulsa, anchors the whirlwind. But Tulsa King Season 3 promises to crack even his iron-clad composure. According to the cast, Dwight’s balancing act between loyalty and survival is about to break.

Tulsa King Season 3 expands with new characters and storylines

Season 3 brings new heat with the arrival of Robert Patrick’s Jeremiah Dunmire, a cutthroat businessman who poses a threat to Manfredi as Dwight looks to buy a bourbon distillery with personal connections to Mitch Keller. Cleo, the daughter of the distillery owner and Mitch’s ex, is drawn into Manfredi’s world , further complicating loyalties.
