The Real Housewives of Atlanta fans must know Kelli Ferrell and her ex-husband, Mark Ferrell. For those who are not aware, the duo got divorced after she accused him of infidelity and some financial issues.

After he cashed out of Nana's Chicken and Waffles, Kelli faced financial troubles, which led to various issues. Kelli also opened up about the physical altercation and how her marriage to Mark Ferrell ended.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 featured Kelli Ferrell sharing about the infidelity and more with co-star Brit Eady. She shared how he was "cheating" and also took out $500,000 from the company's account.
"It was cheating. He took almost $500,000 out of the company's money," she said.
The company that Kelli was referring to was Nana's Chicken and Waffles. Following what Mark did, Kelli faced legal issues, including a lawsuit and also had to leave their marital house. It was due to safety concerns. Recalling the incident, Kelli stated that there was a "physical altercation" between her and Mark.
"Honestly, I probably should have an Oscar for as much as I made my marriage or my family look like it was all together. From me sleeping in my closet some nights, police being called numerous times. It became the house of hell," shared Kelli.
In her May 11, 2025, exclusive interview with People magazine, Kelli opened up about the aftereffects of her divorce from Mark Ferrell. She stated that no matter what her "truth" looked like, she would always speak her "truth."
"So if it's something that is shared or talked about, I know for me that I'm always telling my truth and sharing my story and my experiences."
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star also stated that she was not in touch with her ex-husband. That was the reason why she didn't know how he felt about her, discussing how the events unfolded between them. Talking more on the subject, she added that if an individual didn't want to hear such things, they should have "treated" her a lot better."
In her Daily Dish interview, Kelli opened up about how she was "open" to dating as she "loves love." However, she also said that she felt like "maybe" she would never get married "again."
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 Episode 6 featured Kelli's oldest daughter, Chloe. She mentioned that after seeing her mom going through things in her marriage, she didn't want to get married.
She told her mom, Kelli:
"I really don't want to get married. 'Cause what if I end up like you? That's a scary thought. No offence to you."
Opening up about raising her daughters and being a single mom, Kelli stated that since her divorce, she has been trying to "figure" it all out. She added that being a single mom was "definitely" not for the weak.
