Now that the show is back with Season 2, fans are once again in awe of the locations featured in the show. The first season of the crime drama was shot in Vancouver and Los Angeles.
Audiences are now wondering whether the production team has stuck to the same filming locations or has found a new place to shoot. So here is all you need to know about the spots where High Potential Season 2 was filmed.
High Potential Season 2 filming locations
High Potential Season 2 was entirely filmed in Los Angeles, California. During the first season, the crew shot the pilot in Vancouver, Canada, before moving the production to Los Angeles for the rest of the episodes. That is not the case in Season 2, as the complete season has been filmed in Los Angeles.
The city is the production hub for Hollywood, as it houses several studios and soundstages and provides a skilled crew. For the show, the Fox Studio Lot at 10201 West Pico Boulevard in LA served as the primary filming location. The studio features several sets that were utilized in Season 1 and have been reused for the second season.
One of these sets is Nosh Town, a fictional diner designed specifically for the show. While the place looks like a real restaurant, it is actually just a set. Some scenes of High Potential Season 2 were filmed in the San Pedro neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Point Fermin, a historic point known for its lighthouse and scenic views of the ocean, can be spotted in the show. The shoot also took place on Miner Street in the neighborhood. The cast and crew were spotted filming in Downtown L.A. as well, particularly at the historic Union Station.
It is the largest passenger rail terminal in the Western US, which was opened back in 1939. Some scenes were shot at the Parking Garage of the Grand Central Market, situated at 308 South Hill Street.
Apart from High Potential Season 2, several other hit shows have been filmed in Los Angeles, including The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, The Paper, The Rookie, The Studio, Countdown, House of the Dragon, and The Morning Show. The city has also hosted the filming of recent movies like How to Train Your Dragon, I Know What You Did Last Summer, and Freakier Friday.
The new season of the ABC series is going to premiere on September 16, 2025. The show stars Kaitlin Olson as Morgan Gillory, Javicia Leslie as Daphne Forrester, Amirah J as Ava Gillory, Deniz Akdeniz as Lev "Oz" Özdil, Daniel Sunjata as Adam Karadec, Matthew Lamb as Elliot Radovic, Judy Reyes as Selena Soto, and Steve Howey as Jesse Wagner.
