The creator further shared that Roo’s first recording session was completed.

For now, Roo has yet to appear in Hazbin Hotel. Roo might appear in season 3 or 4. Roo was intended from the start to be one of the later villains, so she will come in once all the current plots are dealt with.

Who is Roo in Hazbin Hotel?

Vivziepop once described Roo as a 'looming threat,' suggesting she will not be a minor character. She is likely meant to be a future antagonist or a major force in the story. The creator also shared about Roo's first recording session, which means her debut is getting closer. The voice actor for Roo remains unknown as of now.

There are several unverified theories about Roo on the internet. Some say she's Eve after having the forbidden fruit, while others tag her as an ancient demon. As of now, her character remains a mystery to the fans.
