Gino and Jasmine on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After have agreed to have an open marriage. However, they still have feelings for each other and wish that they would get back together on better terms one day.
In the meantime, both of them are seeing other people and seem to be doing well in these respective relationships.
Jasmine is with Matt, whom she had met at the gym and has been with ever since. The two even share a daughter named Matilda together, who was born after the events of The Last Resort. She is living with him currently and it has been 4 months, but Jasmine oromises that it is only temporary and that is why, has not unpacked any of her stuff yet.
As for Gino, in the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After season premiere, it was revealed that for the past few months, he has been dating a new person called Natalie. They had met online and hit it off instantly, which led to them dating.
The two were seen visiting Las Vegas together and having a great time. However, things turned south pretty soon on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After episode 2, when Gino finally admitted the truth to her.

90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After stars Natalie and Gino are on a trip to Las Vegas, where Gino expresses feelings of happiness, fun, and joy. However, Natalie decided to question him about the relationship he shares with Jasmine because he hasn't revealed a lot, except that he has kicked her out.
He explained that they had a fight and went to the gym, and this was why he had kicked her out, and now she is living at Matt's house. Natalie asks who Matt is, and Gino gets uncomfortable. He reluctantly revealed that he and Jasmine have agreed to an open marriage on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After.
Natalie was shocked at this because it was the first time that he had heard about the entire situation, and it had been months since she started talking to him.
Natalie asked why they have an open marriage, and he explained their history of fighting and not being intimate with each other.
So he hopes that taking the time apart and seeing other people would help their relationship, and they could come back together later at some point down the road. Natalie said during her confessional,
"We have been talking for so many months, and he has never mentioned once about an open marriage. An open marriage is very different from saying that your wife moved out or you're separated; there's a big difference in that. He should have told me from the beginning."
Adding, she said,
"Gino's told me a lot of negative stuff about Jasmine, and I'm just wondering if I'm just here to be used as a pawn against her. And I don't want to be a part of something or a third party to anything. This is a lot more complicated than what I was really hoping for."
