Apple TV's hit comedy drama starring Maya Rudolph wrapped up Loot Season 3 with a chaotic finale. A wedding twist, a lucrative career choice, and a double proposal left the viewers hooked till the end.
The finale ends on a dramatic cliffhanger with Maro and Arthur proposing to Molly Wells at the same time, leaving her in a dilemma. Loot Season 4 might finally reveal who Molly would choose between Arthur and Maro. Arthur seems to realize his love for Molly has never faded away, and for Maro, even if there's a generation gap, he respects and loves her. What's even more interesting is that Luciana is now on Molly's team after John ditches her right before the wedding. Sophia gets a lucrative career offer from her friend Petra, which leaves her in confusion.
With all these cliffhangers yet to be addressed, it seems like Maya Rudolph's Loot is coming back for Season 4. There's no official confirmation for the same yet.

Loot Season 3 ending explained

Season 3 Episode 10, Hail Mary Times begins with Molly watching the news on television about Luciana and John's fancy wedding at an Italian location. Molly seems determined to stop Luciana from investigating the Wells Foundation. As the FBI agents empty the office, Nicholas, Arthur, and Ainsley discuss what's next.
Meanwhile, Sophia goes to seek help from her friend Petra. However, it turns out she cannot help her as such but offers a lucrative political position to Sophia. Sophia rejoins the group's discussion when Molly reveals that she needs to blackmail Luciana about her identity to save her foundation. What follows is a hilarious sequence as Maro and Arthur visit Luciana's Delaware high school and collect the yearbook only after bribing the school with a luxurious principal's office.
Next, Molly and her team reach the wedding venue. When Molly enters Luciana's room, she finds her sobbing uncontrollably. Turns out John has escaped from the wedding, ditching her. Luciana locates him around the Pacific Ocean. Molly and Luciana bond as Molly continues to motivate her. Later, Luciana goes to the balcony and declares the wedding's off, but asks everybody to enjoy the party (except for the billionaires).
Elsewhere, Sophia finds herself amidst some peacocks, and she calls Ainsley for help. The trio arrives, and Nicholas helps Sophia. They then ask Sophia what's troubling her. Sophia reveals the truth about Petra's offer and that she's still rethinking the career change, even though it was her dream. Nicholas, Howard, and Aisnely ask her to follow her dreams no matter what and not feel guilty for her choices.
Throughout the episode, Arthur realizes how he misses being with Molly. When Maro comes to him for advice, Arthur praises Molly and tells him to take good care of her. But somewhere, it seems like Arthur still loves Molly, and he isn't ready to let go of her yet. Molly feels the same.
When Molly comes downstairs, she has a candid chat with Arthur, who reveals that he's still in love with her. They watch an elderly couple dance and think that they should have been in their place. As they hit the dance floor, Maro appears all of a sudden and gets down on one knee and proposes to Molly. Arthur gets down on his knees too and does the same, leaving Molly in utter confusion. Aisnley, unable to process the entire thing, faints.
This leaves us with several questions, the pivotal one being who Molly would finally choose? Is it her ex Arthur, or her new flame Maro? Or she would ditch both the proposals and move on to better things?
The second question is whether Sophia will take Petra's offer to join politics or will she stay with the Wells Foundation? The third and final one being: Why did John leave Luciana just before the wedding? Did he know about Luciana's true identity? Or is it something else?
Another interesting tease that we got from the finale episode was the philanthropist Melinda, who congratulated Molly on her success. Will reappear in Loot Season 4? Is she Molly's well-wisher or a foe eying her position? To know what happens next, we'll have to wait for Season 4.
