In Thursday’s episode, Anita (Tamara Tunie) sets a mystery plan into motion that involves her entire family. Mardi Gras in Fairmont Crest is just what the family needs to bring love and light back into the atmosphere and give Anita a reason to laugh and have fun with all who love her.

In Thursday’s episode, Chelsea (RhonniRose Mantilla) and Kat (Colby Muhammed) clash. We already saw the two have words about Kat’s decision not get tested if it comes to pass that Nicole has the BRCA gene. This is going to escalate, and the two won’t see eye to eye on much until this is resolved.

We all know that Andre (Sean Freeman) is so good for Dani (Karla Mosley) and vice versa, and in Thursday's episode, Andre distracts Dani. Dani will soon see that she doesn’t need to turn to Bill (Timon Kyle Durett) anymore, but she should at least advise Bill not drink the tea, it’s gonna kill him.

Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) seems to be lashing out at people in her hurt state, slamming Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli), and Joey (Jon Lindstrom) was just the icing on a pretty filth cake. In Thursday's episode, Carlton (Robert Christopher Riley) comforts Nicole. Hopefully, he can get through to her and help her see she can stop being such a venom-filled mess, which might make people care about her a bit more.

In Thursday's episode, Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) leans on a friend while Martin (Brandon Claybon) and Smitty (Mike Manning) try to understand what's going on with their son. Naomi only has one friend, so that narrows it down. Good luck with that, Ashley (Jen Jacob)! As for Tyrell (Jaden Lucas Miller), he’s struggling with a teenage boy dilemma: I like this girl, but do I follow her at the expense of what I really want?
