Welcome to The Young and the Restless Daily Y.A.P.P. (Your After-Program Ponderings) for a quick -- and by that, I mean you're already halfway done -- recap of the most amazing or what-the-heck-did-we-just-watch moments on today's episode. Let's get to it:
What happened on The Young and the Restless
Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) may have made peace with Sharon (Sharon Case), but her animosity towards Cricket (Lauralee Bell) is alive and well. It's always fun to see Cricket and Phyllis going at it on The Young and the Restless. Who needs a pastry chock full of calories when the real treat at Crimson Lights was Phyllis and Cricket trading barbs? Phyllis overheard Danny (Michael Damian) and Cricket nailing down specifics for their wedding next month when Phyllis interrupted them, and made mention of the fact that she hadn't gotten her invitation yet. There are some things that Phyllis is not ever going to let go of, and her feelings towards Cricket are at the top of that list. Does she still love Danny, or does she just hate the fact that Cricket got the better of her in court, causing Phyllis to lose custody of Daniel when he was just a toddler, forever affecting their dynamic? We suspect it's the latter. We predict that Phyllis is not going to let go of needling Cricket anytime soon. Will the redhead try to disrupt the couple's upcoming big day?
