At their hotel, Victor assured Nick and Sharon that he could force Matt Clark into revealing Noah's location. Before he got into it, he wanted more information about Matt's life as Mitch. They didn't know much, but the drug trafficking raised eyebrows. Victor recalled how talented Matt was at avoiding facing legal repercussions for his actions. Sharon felt guilty that everything Noah faced was because of Matt's vendetta against her and Nick.

Victor found it surprising that Matt held such a high-profile position as a club owner, since anyone could have recognized him at any time. Sharon and Nick confirmed Sienna's innocence, so Victor shifted gears. The Shadow Room was thriving, which Victor believed was in their favor. The more money Matt had, the more he stood to lose. Victor explained, "The problem with people who think they're the smartest person in the room is that there's always someone smarter than they."

Victor planned to use Cane's AI program to destroy Matt. Nick explained to Sharon that Victor had possession of it, and after listening to Victor's pitch, they both agreed. The plan was to unleash the software on Matt's business and take everything he owned, only giving it back in exchange for freeing Noah. Victor made a call and formally unleashed the program on Matt and his company.

Nick was concerned that Matt wouldn't care about the financial aspect. He was focused on nothing but payback, so there was a chance he wouldn't care. Victor was certain that it would work, and they'd use this leverage to cut Matt off at the knees. Nick and Sharon wanted Matt dead for his obsession with ruining their lies. Victor asked Nick to keep his cool so their plan could be executed without a wrinkle.

The trio worried about what had truly happened with Noah. Nick questioned if Matt's entire plan had been to get Noah attached to drugs, but Sharon warned him that it was just part of Matt's revenge agenda to convince them to fear the worst. Victor received a call from the Newman tech team, which was able to infiltrate Matt's business using the software. It was up to Matt to determine the fate of his fortune.

Noah tried to attack Matt, but Sienna pulled him off. Matt remarked how Sienna was protective of the kid she was sleeping with, and this time, Sienna didn't deny it. He asked how long it had gone on, but she told him it hadn't been long. Matt threatened to murder both of them over their betrayal, and he prided himself on how generous he was to the pair. Matt said he could've held them separately, but at least with their current arrangement, they could rely on each other.

Sienna called Matt sick for locking them away, and she asked how long he planned to keep them captive. He toyed with the idea of killing them, but before they went any further, he demanded to know how long the affair had carried on for. Sienna didn't think it mattered, but Mitch was adamant that Noah answer the question. Matt commented about Sienna having other young lovers before him, and when she attempted to slap her husband, he overpowered her and threatened to harm her.

After Matt let Sienna go, Noah threatened to kill him. Matt wasn't concerned, since he had the guns that could take out both of them. Matt revealed that he noticed the affair several weeks ago, and he was insulted that they didn't think he would pick up on it. Noah knew that Matt had befriended him under false pretenses. He asked how long his parents needed to suffer until Matt was satisfied enough to let it go.

Noah demanded that Matt confess that he was only after him because of his hatred for Nick and Sharon. Although Matt admitted he'd deal with them later, Sienna and Noah were his focus. Sienna apologized for withholding the affair from him, but she maintained that nothing about their relationship was planned. Noah apologized as well, and despite his best effort, it wasn't accepted. Sienna and Noah thought that was their opening to leave, but Burrow stopped them at the door.

Matt offered Noah some of the fentanyl and ordered him to "take a hit." Sienna took her husband's behaviour as living proof that the claims about him being Matt Clark were true. Matt was finished playing around with the two, and he gave them a simple choice: Noah either take the drugs, or Sienna dies. Matt thought Noah would get addicted to the drugs if he took them, but if he didn't, his only option was to live with Sienna's blood on his hands.

After Noah asked if Matt was capable of shooting his own wife, he pointed behind them and told them that Burrow would be the one to pull the trigger. Burrow pulled out his weapon and aimed it directly at Sienna. Matt wanted someone to share his life with, but Sienna wouldn't hear him. She overlooked many issues in their marriage, and it wasn't fair for him to focus only on what she did wrong. Matt began to cry, but he pulled it together long enough to order Noah to take the drugs.

Noah decided he couldn't watch Sienna being shot to death in front of him, so he decided to take the fentanyl. However, Burrow ordered Matt to put his hands in the air, and he placed him under arrest for drug possession with the intent to sell. Unfortunately for Burrow, his partner, Annie, arrived and was revealed to be Matt's true partner. She threatened to shoot him if he didn't join Noah and Sienna in the room.

Noah, a quick thinker, made a play for the gun, which gave Burrow the opportunity to attack Matt. Noah and Sienna made it back to The Shadow Room, and they compiled cash to take with them on the journey. Matt wasn't too far behind them, and he screamed for them and cautioned that he'd find them. He heard the sound of their car taking off and chased after.

Matt answered Victor's call, who explained to him that his company was on the verge of collapse. All of Matt's money would soon be Victor's, unless Matt provided for his family. Matt told him, "You are never going to see Noah alive again."

Noah was able to get a hold of Nick, and he apologized for everything. He divulged everything about what Matt did to him and Sienna, and Nick urged him to find a public location. Noah motioned for Sienna to pull into a park, and his family promised to get there as soon as possible.

Victor called Matt back and taunted him about following through with the removal of his assets. After hanging up on Matt, Victor told the tech team to wipe Matt off the map. Sienna and Noah were concerned that Matt was on his way to kill them, but Matt opted to keep driving instead, declaring, "This isn't over."
