The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, September 12, 2025, show Victor and Michael settling unfinished business, Cane making a new alliance, and Sally facing an ethical dilemma.
What's next on The Young and the Restless

Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) came to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), his former boss, with information about Cane (Billy Flynn). As usual, Victor was a step ahead. Michael realized he could help Victor, the man he regards not just as a former client, but a friend and, dare we say, father figure.
On Friday's show, watch for Victor and Michael to settle some unfinished business. Has Michael already been able to get the scoop on Cane for Victor? Or is this business getting Michael back on the payroll?
Making friends

Cane doesn't have a lot of friends in Genoa City, given what went down in France. Both Chance (Conner Floyd) and Damian (Jermaine Rivers) met their fates, and it was all avoidable had Cane not been so cryptic. On Friday's show, watch for Cane to make a new alliance. This doesn't necessarily mean making a new friend, however.
Cane's got money, and money talks! Right now, Cane is interested in making alliances so he can repair the damage to his relationship with his off-screen children, Mattie and Charlie. Cane needs as many allies as possible, so it doesn't matter if he needs to use his wealth to get people on his side.
Sally's dilemma

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is a great partner for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). She guides him into making the right decision. Sally's also a great friend to Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). Audra hasn't exactly walked the moral road in her recent dealings with Victor and Kyle (Michael Mealor), but Sally hasn't judged her pal. Instead, she's offered her a job to help give her a purpose in life.
On Friday's show, watch for Sally to face a dilemma. Will she be presented with the choice of holding onto what she believes is morally right, or doing what might be best for herself or a loved one?
